ملخص المقالة :
چکیده: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی مقایسه اثربخشی درمان پردازش شناختی و درمان مبتنی بر کارآمدی هیجانی بر اعتماد بین‌فردی و صمیمیت زنان آسیب‌دیده از ترومای پیمان‌شکنی همسر بود. این پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون _ پس‌آزمون و گروه گواه و پیگیری دو ماهه بود. جامعه آماری زنان آسیب‌دیده از پیمان‌شکنی همسر مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر اصفهان بودند، 42 نفر به صورت نمونه¬گیری دردسترس انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه جایگزین شدند (هرگروه 14 نفر). دو گروه درمانی هر یک به مدت 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای مداخلات درمانی را دریافت نمودند و گروه گواه هیچ مداخله‌ای دریافت ننمود. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه اعتماد در روابط بین¬فردی رمپل و هولمز ، بخشش بین‌فردی احتشام¬زاده و صمیمیت واکر و تامپسون بود. داده¬های پژوهش با روش تحلیل واریانس ¬اندازه‌گیری مکرر انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد هر دو روش درمان در بهبود متغیرهای اعتماد در روابط بین¬فردی، بخشش بین‌فردی و صمیمیت در زنان آسیب¬دیده از پیمان¬شکنی همسر با گروه گواه تفاوت معنادار است (01/0>p). همچنین در مقایسه دو روش¬ درمان، مداخله درمان پردازش¬شناختی اثربخش¬تر از درمان مبتنی بر کارآمدی هیجانی در متغیرهای پژوهش بود.
