ملخص المقالة :
هدف از این تحقیق، طراحی و تبیین الگوی عوامل موثر بر استقرار خط مشیهای سازمانهای مردم نهاد (سمن) در توسعه پایدار ملی است. روش پژوهش از حیث محیط کتابخانهاي- میدانی، از نظر هدف کاربردي، از نظر زمان، گردآوري داده مقطعی و از نظر روش اجرای پژوهش، توصیفی- پیمایشی بود. به منظور بررسی عمیق و شناخت بیشتر موضوع، علاوه بر مبانی نظري از مصاحبه براي درك بیشتر استفاده شده است. سپس از رویکردهاي کمّی براي تأیید نتایج کیفی بهره برده شده است. جامعه آماری شامل خبرگان فعال در سازمانهای مردم نهاد و مدیران این سازمانها (باشگاه کشاورزان جوان و مؤسسه مدیریت نواندیش حامیان فردا) میباشد. و برای گردآوری دادهها از روش مصاحبهای استفاده شده است. برای تحلیل دادهها از روش تئوری داده بنیاد استفاده شده است. با توجه به اینکه روش کدگذاری محوری و الگوی کدگذاری محوری در روش گلیزر و استراوس تکامل یافتهتر است، لذا در این پژوهش از این روش استفاده گردید. یافتههای تحقیق نشان میدهد که عوامل مؤثر بر استقرار خطمشیهای سازمانهای مردم نهاد (سمن) در توسعه پایدار ملی در بُعد مقوله اصلی عبارتند از: توسعه و تحولات اجتماعی، ارتقاء شفافیت و عملکرد، ارتباطات و تعاملات بهینه سازمانهای مردم نهاد با سایر نهادهای دولتی و خصوصی، اصلاح و تحولات نظام اداری و سازمانی، حمایت و پیشیبانی دولت و تبحر و تخصص منابع انسانی میباشد.
