بررسی تاثیر هشت هفته تمرین استقامتی بر میزان سرمی دی¬پپتیدیل پپتیداز-4، عملکرد استقامتی و برخی شاخص¬های تن¬سنجی در زنان چاق

زمینه و هدف: دی¬پپتیدیل پپتیداز-4، با بسیاری از بیماری¬های متابولیک مانند چاقی مرتبط است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر هشت هفته تمرین استقامتی بر میزان سرمی دی¬پپتیدیل پپتیداز-4، عملکرد استقامتی و برخی شاخص¬های تن-سنجی در زنان چاق بود. مواد و روش¬ها: تعداد 23 زن چاق غیرفعال 30 تا 45 ساله با شاخص توده بدنی 37/5±5/30 بود که به صورت داوطلبانه و هدفمند در پژوهش شرکت کردند. آزمودنی¬ها به¬صورت تصادفی ساده به دو گروه تجربی (12 نفر) و کنترل (11 نفر) تقسیم شدند. ابتدا اندازه¬گیری¬های مرحله پیش¬آزمون مربوط به نمونه خونی، قد، وزن، شاخص توده بدنی، درصد چربی، اکسیژن مصرفی بیشینه و نسبت دور کمر به لگن آزمودنی¬ها انجام شد. سپس، آزمودنی¬های گروه تجربی هشت هفته تمرین استقامتی انجام دادند و اندازه¬گیری¬های مرحله پس¬آزمون ثبت شد. از آزمون تحلیل کواریانس چندمتغیره برای بررسی معناداری اختلاف موجود بین گروه¬ها استفاده شد. یافته¬ها: نتایج آزمون آماری t نشان داد که بین متغیرهای پژوهش در پیش¬آزمون تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد (05/0
