شناسایی و تحلیل عوامل کلیدی مؤثر بر تفکر استراتژیک به عنوان یک شایستگی محوری در سازمان

تفکر استراتژیک در استمرار بقا و پیشرفت در محیط متغیر و پویای امروزی نقش بسیار مهمی را بـازی مـینمایـد همچنین تفکر استراتژیک ابزاری است که به مدیران کمک میکند تا فرصتهای جدید را خلـق نماینـد. نقش مدیران در فرآیند برنامهریزی استراتژیک و اتخاذ تصمیمات، وابسته بـه نحـوه تفکرشـان میباشد و چارچوبهای برنامهریزی استراتژیک تنها فراهمکننده سوالاتی است کـه پاسـخش مبتنی بر روششناسی مدیران و تفکر ایشان در تصمیمگیری است. هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و تحلیل عوامل کلیدی مؤثر بر تفکر استراتژیک به عنوان یک شایستگی محوری در سازمان میباشد. در این تحقیق ابتدا با مرور ادبیات تحقیق تعداد 23 عامل کلیدی (شایستگیهای) تفکر استراتژیک استخراج گردیده و سپس با توزیع پرسشنامهای بین اساتید و خبرگان مرتبط با موضوع، نظرات آنها مبنی بر انتخاب عوامل کلیدی مهمتر و یا اضافهنمودن عوامل دیگر، مورد پرسش قرار گرفته است که در نهایت 8 عامل کلیدی شناسایی گردید. پس از شناسایی عوامل کلیدی نهایی، اثرگذاری و روابط متقابل بین این عوامل نیز از خبرگان و اساتید مرتبط با این حوزه مورد پرسش قرار گرفته و در انتها، با استفاده از رویکردی ترکیبی از دو روش تئوری سیستم خاکستری و روش دیمتل به تجزیه و تحلیل دادههای تحقیق پرداخته شده است که نتایج نشاندهندهی میزان تأثیرگذاری، تأثیرپذیری و تعامل عوامل و گروهبندی آنها به عوامل علّی و معلولی میباشد.
