ملخص المقالة :
دیابت یکی از دلایل اصلی مرگ و میر در کشورهای در حال توسعه است. از راه های پیشگیری از دیابت و جلوگیری از عوارض ناشی از آن، انجام فعالیت بدنی و استفاده از مکمل های آنتی اکسیدانی است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر یک دوره تمرین هوازی و مکمل استویا روی فتوئین b، پنتراکسین ۳ و GDF-15 پلاسما و مقاومت به انسولین در موشهای دیابتی نوع 1 بود. برای این منظور 25 موش دیابتی نوع یک به 5 گروه کنترل-سالم، کنترل دیابت، دیابت مکمل، دیابت تمرین و دیابت تمرین-مکمل تقسیم شدند. برنامه تمرینی رت ها برای مدت 65 روز، با سرعت 20 تا 30 متر بر دقیقه با شدت 10 تا 25 متر/دقیقه بود. دوز مصرفی استویا 250 میلی گرم/کیلوگرم وزن بدن به صورت گاواژ دریافت شد. کشتار موشها 48 ساعت بعد از آخرین جلسه تمرینی انجام و خونگیری انجام شد. جهت مقایسه بین گروهها از آزمون آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی استفاده شد. بررسی تغییرات بین گروهی نشان داد که تفاوت معنی دار بین گروهها برای فتوئین b، پنتراکسین ۳ و GDF-15 پلاسما وجود دارد (001/0p <). بررسی تغییرات بین کروهی نشان داد که فتوئین B و GDF-15 افزایش معنی دار و پنتراکسین کاهش معنی دار در گروه سالم نسبت به گروه دیابتی داشتند (001/0p <). همچنین بین گروه کنترل دیابت با گروه های تمرین مکمل و تمرین تفاوت معنی دار بین همه شاخص ها وجود داشت (001/0p <). نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که تمرین هوازی و مکمل استویا میتوانند باعث کاهش مقاومت به انسولین، فتوئین b و GDF-15 و افزایش پنتراکسین ۳ در موشهای دیابتی نوع 1 شوند. این بهبودها در گروهی که تمرین و مکمل را به طور همزمان مصرف کرده بودند، بیشتر بود.
