ملخص المقالة :
این پژوهش به منظور بررسی اثرات عصاره یونجه (Medicago sativa) بر عملکرد آنزیم های کبدی و پارامترهای سرم خون بچه ماهیان قزل آلای رنگین کمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss) انجام شد. در این راستا تعداد 750 قطعه بچه ماهی با میانگین وزن 5/0 ± 4/10 گرم در استخرهای بتنی پرورشی در 5 تیمار غذایی به ترتیب شامل، صفر (شاهد)، 5/0، 1، 2 و 3 درصد عصاره در جیره با سه تکرار به مدت 60 روز تغذیه شدند. بررسی فراسنجه های سرمی نشان داد، بین ماهیان تغذیه شده با عصاره یونجه و گروه شاهد تفاوت معنی داری وجود داشت. بالاترین و کمترین سطح گلوکز سرم به ترتیب در تیمار 4 و تیمار 1 (شاهد) مشاهده گردید (05/0p < ). بالاترین سطح پروتئین تام سرم در تیمار 2 و کمترین آن در تیمار 5، مشاهده گردید (05/0p < )، هر چندکه بین تیمار شاهد با تیمار 2 و تیمار 4، از نظر سطح پروتئین تام سرم، اختلاف معنی داری مشاهده نگردید (05/0p > ). بالاترین سطح آلبومین سرم در تیمار شاهد، ثبت گردید. بر اساس نتایج حاصله، سطوح مختلف عصاره یونجه باعث یک روند کاهشی در میزان تری گلیسرید و کلسترول سرم گردید. بیشترین سطح فسفر سرم در تیمار 4 و کمترین میزان فسفر سرم در تیمار شاهد، مشاهده گردید (05/0p < ). سطوح منیزیم سرم نیز تحت تاثیر عصاره یونجه قرار گرفت (05/0p < ). بر اساس نتایج حاصله، در سطوح سرم گلوتامیک اگزالواستیک ترانس آمیناز SGOT و سرم گلوتامیک پیروویک ترانس آمیناز SGPT سرم، اختلاف معنی داری بین تیمارهای آزمایشی، در طول دوره 60 روزه تغذیه ای مشاهده نگردید (05/0p > ). بالاترین سطح آلکالین فسفاتاز (ALP) سرم در تیمار 5 و کمترین آن در تیمار شاهد، مشاهده گردید (05/0p < ). بالاترین سطح لاکتات دهیدروژناز (LDH) سرم در تیمار شاهد و کمترین آن در تیمار 3 و تیمار 4 مشاهده گردید (05/0p < ). بر اساس نتایج حاصله، سطح 2 درصد عصاره یونجه در جیره غذایی بهترین تاثیر را بر پارامترهای بیوشیمیایی سرم و آنزیم های کبدی داشت.
