ساخت و مشخصه یابی هیدروژل پلیوینیل الکل/ آلوورا با روش ریخته گری حلال جهت کاربرد به عنوان زخمپوش

در این مطالعه، فیلمهای هیدروژلی پلیوینیل الکل/ آلوورا با درصدهای وزنی مختلف آلوورا (20،30و50 درصد) توسط روش ریختهگری حلال ساخته شد. سپس میزان جذب آب، نرخ تخریب، میزان عبور بخار آب و خواص مکانیکی فیلمها مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. طیف سنجی مادون قرمز تبدیل فوریه (FTIR) و میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی (SEM) به ترتیب برای شناسایی پیوندهای تشکیل شده در نمونهها و بررسی مورفولوژی سطح آنها انجام گرفت. از نتایج آزمایشها مشاهده گردید که با افزایش درصد وزنی آلوورا تا 30%، میزان جذب آب، نرخ تخریب، خواص مکانیکی و تعداد تخلخلهای موجود در سطح نمونهها افزایش مییابد. همچنین، افزایش نرخ عبور بخار آب از نمونهها با افزایش درصد وزنی آلوورا مشاهده گردید. در نهایت توسط آزمونهای برونتنی (In vitro)، سمیت سلولی و مورفولوژی سلولهای فیبروبلاست (L929) بر روی سطح نمونهها مورد بررسی و ارزیابی قرار گرفت. از نتایج این آزمون، افزایش رشد و تکثیر سلولها بر روی نمونه پلیوینیل الکل/ آلوورا با درصد وزنی 30% آلوورا مشاهده گردید. بنابراین هیدروژل پلیوینیل الکل/ آلوورا میتواند گزینه مناسبی برای کاربرد به عنوان زخمپوش باشد.
