ارزیابی استحصال دو مرحله ای میکروبی طلا از کانی سولفیدی موته گلپایگان

ملخص المقالة :
سابقه و هدف: روش های زیستی مانند فروشویی زیستی روش های سازگار با محیط هستند که می توانند جایگزین روش های شیمیایی و فیزیکی استخراج فلزات شوند. این مطالعه با هدف استحصال کامل طلا در دو فاز میکروبی از سنگ معدن سولفیدی موته انجام شد. مواد و روش ها: برای جداسازی باکتری های اکسید کننده آهن نمونه های معدنی در محیط کشت مایع 9K کشت شد. در فاز اول فروشویی سنگ معدنی با قطر ذره ای مختلف، تهیه و به میزان 1% به محیط استاندارد افزوده شد. پس از مدت 7 روز با روش پراش اشعه ایکس از نظر وجود کانی های سولفیدی ارزیابی گردید. برای جداسازی باکتری های تولید کننده سیانید از محیط جامد تریپتیکاز سوی آگار استفاده شد. در فاز دوم ماده فروشویی شده حاصل از مرحله اول تحت اثر باکتری های سیانوژن قرار گرفت. در نهایت رسوبات و مایع باقی مانده با روش اسپکتروسکوپی ICP ارزیابی شد. یافته ها: بر اساس نتایج حاصله، باکتری جدا شده از معدن سرچشمه از قدرت بالایی در اکسیداسیون آهن برخوردار بود. به طوری که پس از 7 روز پیریت را از سنگ معدن حذف نمود. در فاز دوم باکتری جدا شده از خاک زراعی تنکابن، توانست طلا را به میزان 0.023 میلی گرم بر لیتر بازیابی نماید. بهترین میزان بازیابی طلا در اسیدیته برابر با 7 گزارش شد. نتیجه گیری: باکتری های جدا شده در این پژوهش قادر بودند طلا را در یک فرایند میکروبی دو فازی، از سنگ معدن سولفیدی جدا و با تولید سیانید، آن را به صورت محلول در محیط بازیابی کنند.
