رابطه ابعاد کمال گرایی با سلامت روان شناختی: نقش واسطه ای تحمل ناپذیری بلاتکلیفی

ملخص المقالة :
ایـن پژوهـش بـا هـدف تعییـن نقـش واسـطهای تحملناپذیـری بلاتکلیفـی در رابطـۀ بیـن کمالگرایـی مثبـت و منفـی و افسـردگی، اضطـراب و تنیدگـی دانشـجویان انجـام شـد.۲۴۰ دانشـجوی مقطـع کارشناسـی و کارشناسـی ارشـد دانشـگاه آزاد اسـلامی واحـد کرمانشـاه در سـال تحصیلـی ۹۹-۱۳۹۸ بـه روش نمونهبـرداری داوطلـب برگزیـده شـدند و بـه مقیـاس کمالگرایـی مثبـت و منفـی (تری-شـورت و دیگـران، ۱۹۹۵)، مقیـاس افسـردگی، اضطـراب و تنیدگـی (لاویبانـد و لاویبانـد، ۱۹۹۵) و مقیـاس تحملناپذیـری بلاتکلیفـی (فریسـتون و دیگـران، ۱۹۹۴) پاسـخ دادنـد. نتایـج نشـان داد کمالگرایـی منفـی بـا افسـردگی، اضطـراب و تنیدگـی همبسـتگی مثبـت معنـادار دارد، در حالـی کـه کمالگرایـی مثبـت فقـط بـا تنیدگـی رابطـۀ مثبـت معنـادار دارد و بـا افسـردگی و اضطـراب رابطـۀ معنـادار نـدارد و تحملناپذیـری بلاتکلیفـی بـا هـر دو بُعـد کمالگرایـی مثبـت و منفـی و بـا افسـردگی، اضطـراب و تنیدگـی رابطـۀ مثبـت معنـادار دارد. همچنیـن نتایـج نشـان داد دادههـا بـا مـدل پژوهـش بـرازش متوسـطی دارد و نقـش واسـطهای تحملناپذیـری بلاتکلیفـی در رابطـۀ بیـن متغیرهـای پژوهـش مـورد تأییـد قـرار نگرفـت. یافتههـای ایـن پژوهـش ایـن نکتـه را آشـکار میسـازد کـه سـازههای فراتشـخیصی بـر سـلامت روانـی اثـر قابـل توجهـی داشـته و افزایـش شـدت ایـن متغیرهـا، خطـر کاهـش کیفیـت سـلامت روانـی دانشـجویان را بـه همـراه دارد.
