مهار روان شناختی والدین: پیش بینی مسئولیت پذیری شخصی و سرزندگی تحصیلی

هدف این پژوهش تبیین مسئولیت پذیری شخصی و سرزندگی تحصیلی بر اساس مهار روانشناختی والدین بود. 313 دانش آموز دبیرستان دوره اول (پایه نهم) و دوم (پایه یازدهم) شهرستان فیروزآباد در سال تحصیلی 97-1396 با روش نمونهبرداری تصادفی خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدند و به مقیاس‎های مهار روان‎شناختی پیشرفت‎محور و وابسته‎محور (سوننس و دیگران، 2010)، مسئولیت پذیری شخصی (مرگلر و شیلد، 2016) و سرزندگی تحصیلی (حسین چاری و دهقانی زاده، 1391) پاسخ دادند. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون همزمان نشان داد که بعد مهار شناختی و پاسخگویی مسئولیت‎پذیری توسط توجه مشروط والدین بهطور مثبت، توسط مهار پیشرفت‎محور والدین بهطور منفی و بعد مهار رفتاری هیجانی مسئولیت‎پذیری نیز بهطور منفی توسط اتکا به والدین پیش‎بینی می‎شود. افزون بر آن، این نتایج نشان داد که مهار پیشرفت‎محور والدین بهصورت منفی پیش‎بینی‎کننده سرزندگی تحصیلی است. در مورد نقش تعدیل گری جنس، یافته‎ها نشان داد که در دختران اتکا به والدین پیش‎بین منفی هر دو مؤلفه مسئولیت‎پذیری شخصی است، اما در پسران توجه مشروط والدین پیش‎بین مثبت مهار شناختی و پاسخگویی است. سرزندگی نیز در دختران توسط مهار پیشرفت محور بهصورت منفی و در پسران توسط توجه مشروط والدین بهصورت مثبت و توسط اتکا به والدین بهصورت منفی پیش‎بینی میشود. این یافته‎ها حاکی از آن است که توجه مشروط والدین به دلیل تأکید بر رفتار و پیامدهای آن، افزایش مسئولیت پذیری شخصی دانش‎آموزان را در پی دارد، اما تأکید بر عملکرد بالاتر از استاندارد در مهار پیشرفت محور، به دلیل آنکه بر توانایی فراتر از تحول شناختی دانش‎آموز تأکید دارد با کاهش مسئولیت پذیری شخصی همراه است. همچنین، وابستگی به والدین در رفتارها و حل مشکلات، مهار درونی رفتاریـ هیجانی را تضعیف می کند. افزون بر آن، والدین پیشرفت‎محور با ایجاد تنیدگی و اضطراب و احساسهای منفی، مانند گناه و شرم که در پی عملکرد بالاتر از استاندارد بهوجود می‎آید، موجب کاهش سرزندگی می‎شوند.
