نقش اضطراب و اجتناب دلبستگی در نظریه ذهن و حافظه شرح حال

هدف این پژوهش تعیین نقش اضطراب و اجتناب دلبستگی در نظریه ذهن و حافظه شرح حال بود. جامعه پژوهش متشکل از افراد متأهل ساکن مناطق 1، 2 و 5 شهر تهران بود. تعداد 212 نفر (119 زن و 93 مرد) با روش نمونه برداری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و نسخه بازنگری شده مقیاس تجارب مربوط به روابط نزدیک (فرالی، والر و برنان، 2000)، آزمون حافظه شرح حال (ویلیامز و برودبنت، 1986) و آزمون ذهن خوانی از طریق چشم (بارون- کوهن، ویلرایت، هیل، ریست و پلامب، 2001) را تکمیل کردند. داده ها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه تحلیل شد. یافته ها حاکی از رابطه منفی اجتناب دلبستگی با نظریه ذهن و حافظه شرح حال بود. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که اجتناب دلبستگی و نه اضطراب، نظریه ذهن و حافظه شرح حال را به طور منفی پیش بینی می کند. توانایی کم تر افراد اجتنابی در تشخیص حالات ذهنی خود و دیگری، و یادآوری خاطرات شخصی را می توان به راهبردهای نافعال سازانه، خوداتکایی بیشازاندازه و سرکوب سرنخ های مرتبط با دلبستگی در این افراد مرتبط دانست.
