نقش واسطهای راهبردهای نظمدهی شناختی هیجان در رابطۀ بین استحکام من و سازش یافتگی اجتماعی در نوجوانان

ایـن پژوهـش بـا هـدف تعییـن نقـش واسـطهای راهبردهـای نظمجویـی شـناختی هیجـان در رابطـۀ بیـن اسـتحکام مـن و سـازشیافتگی اجتماعـی انجـام شـد. بـه ایـن منظـور، طـی یـک پژوهـش توصیفـی، ۳۳۷ دانشآمـوز مشـغول بـه تحصیـل در مقطـع دبیرسـتان بـه روش دردسـترس انتخـاب شـدند. از شـرکتکنندگان درخواسـت شـد تـا سـیاهه سـازگاری بـل (بـل، ۱۹۳۴)، مقیـاس اسـتحکام مـن (بشـارت، ۲۰۰۷) و پرسشـنامه نظمجویـی شـناختی هیجـان (گارنفسـکی و کرایـج، ۲۰۰۶) را تکمیـل کننـد. نتایـج ایـن پژوهـش نشـان داد کـه بیـن اسـتحکام مـن و سـازشیافتگی اجتماعـی رابطـۀ مثبـت معنـادار و بیـن راهبردهـای سـازشیافته و سـازشنایافتۀ نظمجویـی شـناختی هیجـان بـا سـازشیافتگی اجتماعـی رابطـۀ مثبـت و منفـی معنـادار وجـود دارد. نتایـج تحلیـل مسـیر نشـان داد کـه اثـر غیرمسـتقیم اسـتحکام مـن بـر سـازشیافتگی اجتماعـی از طریـق راهبردهـای سـازشیافتۀ نظمجویـی شـناختیهیجان و راهبردهـای سـازشنایافتۀ نظمجویـی شـناختی هیجـان نیـز معنـادار اسـت. بـر اسـاس یافتههـای ایـن پژوهـش میتـوان نتیجـه گرفـت کـه رابطـۀ بیـن اسـتحکام مـن و سـازشیافتگی اجتماعـی، خطـی و سـاده نیسـت و اسـتحکام مـن از طریـق راهبردهـای سـازشیافته و ســازشنایافته نظمجویــی شــناختی هیجــان، ســازشیافتگی اجتماعــی را تحــت تأثیــر قــرار میدهنــد. بنابرایــن بهمنظــور ارتقــاء ســازش-یافتگی اجتماعـی افـزون بـر تقویـت اسـتحکام مـن، نیـاز اسـت تـا زمینـۀ آمـوزش راهبردهـای سـازش یافتـۀ نظمجویـی شـناختی هیجـان، باهـدف افزایـش سطح سازش یافتگی و سلامت روانی فراهم شود.
