تجارب معنوی افراد با ملالت جنسیتی

ملخص المقالة :
هدف این پژوهش بررسی تجارب معنوی افراد با ملالت جنسیتی بود. روش پژوهش کیفی از نوع پدیدارنگری بود و در حوزة پزشکی قانونی در جنوب کشور انجام شد. شرکتکنندگان 10فرد با ملالت جنسیتی (۶ نفر مذکر بیولوژیک و ۴نفر مؤنث بیولوژیک) بودند که به روش هدفمند و گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند و مورد مصاحبة عمیق و نیمه ساختارمند قرارگرفتند. دادهها به روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی تحلیل شد. در کدگذاری محوری، ضمن مقایسة مقولهها و کدها، ارتباط آن ها بررسی و درنهایت از تحلیل دادهها مضمون اصلی میل به معنویت و طبقههای کلی توسل، پذیرش، تقدیر الهی و آرامش استخراج شد. نتایج نشان داد تجارب معنوی افراد با ملالت جنسیتی طیف گسترهای از اصول را شامل میشود. افراد شرکتکننده در پژوهش احساس ناامنی، ترس ازتنهایی و یافتن هویت را دلایل اصلی خود برای توجه به معنویت عنوان کردند. میتوان نتیجه گرفت که علاوه بر نیاز جسمی، بُعد معنوی زندگی افراد با ملالت جنسیتی باید به دقت مورد توجه قرار گیرد تا سلامت فردی و اجتماعی آنان تضمین شود.
