رابطۀ بین ذهنسازی و تجربۀ سوگ در زمان همهگیری کووید ۱۹: یک مطالعۀ تحولی

ملخص المقالة :
هدف این پژوهش تعیین رابطۀ بین ذهنسازی و تجربۀ سوگ در زمان همهگیری کووید ۱۹ بود. روش این پژوهش همبستگی بود و برای این منظور ۲۰۰ نفر از زنان و مردان نوجوان، بزرگسال و میانسال ایرانی که در طی دوران همهگیری، یکی از اعضای خانواده یا آشنایان خود را ازدستداده بودند، به روش نمونهبرداری دردسترس انتخاب شده و پرسشنامههای تجربۀ سوگ (مهدیپور، شهیدی، روشن و دهقانی، ۲۰۰۹) و کنش تأملی (فوناگی، لویتن، مولتون - پرکینز، لی، وارن، هاوارد و دیگران، ۲۰۱۶) را تکمیل کردند. تحلیل دادهها از طریق محاسبۀ همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون انجام شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین بعد قطعیت کنش تأملی و تجربۀ سوگ رابطۀ معنادار و مثبت وجود دارد. بین بعد عدمقطعیت و تجربۀ سوگ نیز رابطۀ معنادار و منفی وجود داشت. رابطۀ بین بعد قطعیت و تجربۀ سوگ، و رابطۀ بین بعد عدمقطعیت و تجربۀ سوگ به سن و جنس بستگی نداشت. باتوجه به یافتههای پژوهش میتوان گفت ظرفیت ذهنیسازی در هنگام تجربۀ سوگ بهعنوان یک عامل حمایتکننده و محافظتکننده عمل کند و در نتیجه توصیه میشود از ذهنسازی در طراحی رویکردهای مداخلهای مناسب در تجربۀ سوگ استفاده شود.
