تبیین تحول اجتماعی ـ هیجانی نوباوگان: نقش استرس مالی خانواده، درگیری پدر و دلبستگی مادرـ نوباوه

ملخص المقالة :
هدف پژوهش حاضر تبیین تحول اجتماعی ـ هیجانی نوباوگان بر اساس استرس مالی خانواده، درگیری پدر و دلبستگی مادرـ نوباوه در قالب یک مدل علی بود. شرکت‌کنندگان پژوهش 221 نفر از مادران ساکن شهر تهران که فرزند یک ساله داشتند بودند. که به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای تصادفی از مراکز بهداشتی منطقه 5 تهران انتخاب شدند. برای اندازه‌گیری متغیرهای پژوهش از فرم بلند ابزارهای تحول اولیه با گزارش مراقب (CREDI)، مقیاس دلبستگی پس از زایمان مادر، مقیاس درگیری پدر و مقیاس ترکیبی استرس مالی خانواده استفاده شد. نتایج روش مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری نشانگر اثر مثبت دلبستگی مادرـ نوباوه بر تحول اجتماعی ـ هیجانی نوباوه بود. درگیری پدر نیز بر دلبستگی مادرـ نوباوه اثر مثبت نشان داد. نتایج آزمون بوت استراپ حاکی از نقش واسطه‌ای دلبستگی مادرـ نوباوه در رابطه بین درگیری پدر و تحول اجتماعی ـ ـهیجانی نوباوه بود. لازم به ذکر است که در فرایند اصلاح مدل، متغیر استرس مالی خانواده از مدل پیشنهادی پژوهش حذف گردید. در کل، نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد درگیری پدر در مراقبت از نوباوه و حمایت از فرزندپروری مادر، می‌تواند دلبستگی مادر ـ نوباوه را بهبود بخشیده و بدین ترتیب تحول اجتماعی ـ هیجانی نوباوه را افزایش دهد. با توجه به همزمانی اجرای این پژوهش با همه‌گیری کووید 19، احتمالا استرس شدید ناشی از این همه‌گیری، نتایج مربوط به نقش استرس مالی خانواده را تحت تأثیر قرار داده است از این‌رو انجام پژوهش‌های بعدی در این زمینه لازم است.
