In the various parts of the world, the continent is struggling with the phenomenon of terrorism and extremism more than other regions. The African continent also faces various causes, including various software and hardware weaknesses, including economic backwardness, political instability, social inequalities, and alongside external interventions that see their own interests, except in insecurity and instability. Now it has turned into an extremist and violent group. While fighting the extreme and terrorism phenomenon only through the hardware and military methods that Western powers use as a strategy to repatriate terrorism in this region has not only led to the eradication of terrorism At this point in the world, not the result of the photo. The emergence of al-Shabaab, Boko Haram, al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb, ISIL, Ansar al-Sharia, Ansar Bayt al-Qaeda and ... has led to an increase in the use of force by terrorist groups in African countries. However, the identification, containment and counteraction to this extremism is currently on the agenda of the security, military, and political apparatus of these countries, which Western, American and Arab versions have not been able to control this increasing wave.
