تأثیر مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز و شیوههای آن بر عملکرد و تعالی سازمانی با میانجیگری نوآوری سبز

ملخص المقالة :
زمانی که اهداف سازمان و سرمایه انسانی همراستا شود، مدیریت سبز سرمایه انسانی با ایجاد ارتباطات سازنده و درونی کردن اشتراکات میتواند موجب ایجاد خواصیت هولوگرافیک در سازمان شده و تعهد سازمانی را افزایش دهد. مدیریت سبز با تشویق آموزش یادگیری و سؤال محوری موجب افزایش خلاقیت و در نتیجه بهبود عملکرد سازمان میشود. در این تحقیق یک پژوهش مقطعی بر اساس پرسشنامه برای جمعآوری دادهها از نمونهای از ۲۰۷ نفر، که کارکنان شرکت ذوب آهن اصفهان هستند، اجرا گردیده است. برای آزمون فرضیههای پژوهش از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و نرمافزار Smart PLS استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن که مدیریت منایع انسانی سبز و شیوههای آن بر خلاقیت و تعهد سازمانی سبز و همچنین فرهنگ تأثیرگذار هستند. همچنین، تأثیر تعهد و خلاقیت و فرهنگ در نوآوری نیز تأیید شده است. علاوه بر این، نتایج نشان میدهد که وجود نوآوری سبز در سازمان میتواند تأثیر بهسزایی بر عملکرد و تعالی سازمانی داشته باشد.
