ارزیابی و انتخاب تأمین کنندگان توربینها برای مزارع بادی با استفاده از رویکرد تلفیقی ایاچپی و تاپسیس با هدف توسعه پایدار صنعت برق

ملخص المقالة :
امروزه اهمیت انرژی برق در توسعه صنعتی پایدار کشورها و همچنین استفاده از انرژیهای پاک (نظیر انرژی باد) برای تولید این انرژی بر کسی پوشیده نیست. در مقاله حاضر که بر اساس مطالعهای موردی در سازمان انرژیهای نو ایران (سانا) انجام گرفت، سعی شد تا با هدف توسعه راهبردهای مدیریت توسعه پایدار و نیز با توجه به دخالت عوامل متعدد مثبت و منفی در انتخاب توربین بادی برای یک مزرعه بادی کشور، از روشهای مناسب MADM استفاده شود. در همین راستا پس از احصای عوامل مهم در ارزیابی یک فناوری توربین بادی با توجه به اصول مدیریت توسعه پایدار، از AHP برای وزندهی به معیارها و زیرمعیارها و از TOPSIS برای انتخاب برترین گزینه استفاده شد. برای به دست آوردن سلسله مراتب AHP، از روش توصیفی- میدانی استفاده شده و دادههای مورد نظر در راستای طراحی مدل و سطوح مختلف درخت AHP، گردآوری و بر این اساس فرآیند وزندهی انجام شد. سطح هدف عبارت است از: انتخاب توربین بادی مناسب برای مزرعه بادی مورد مطالعه. برای دستیابی به معیارها و زیرمعیارها مصاحبههای متعددی انجام شد. همچنین پرسشنامه محققساختهای در این زمینه تهیه و در بین دستاندرکاران صنعت توربین بادی توزیع گردید که در نهایت معیارها و زیرمعیارهای مورد توافق آنها احصاء گردید. بر اساس مطالعات میدانی انجامشده، معیارهای مؤثر در مدیریت توسعه پایدار با انتخاب توربین بادی مناسب برای یک مزرعه بادی در پنج حوزه کلی شامل: مشخصات و مختصات فنی، مشخصات سازنده (تأمینکننده) فناوری، زمینههای فرصتساز، مولّدهای هزینه و ریسکها و زمینههای خطرساز و نیز به تعداد 31 زیرمعیار شناسایی و دستهبندی شد. آلترناتیوهای تصمیمگیری پنج شرکت بینالمللی فروشنده توربین بادی برای مزارع بادی هستند. بر اساس نتایج، شرکت بینالمللی Sinovel Wind بعنوان برترین گزینه معرفی شد.
