تأثیر بهکارگیری سیستمهای کاربردی سازمانی در ایجاد همسویی خدمات بانک با فناوری اطلاعات در سیستم مدیریت بانکداری بانکهای صادرات

ملخص المقالة :
این پژوهش با هدف تعیین تأثیر بهکارگیری سیستمهای مدیریت زنجیره تأمین، مدیریت روابط با تأمینکنندگان و برنامهریزی منابع سازمان بر فناوری اطلاعات در نظام مدیریت بانکداری (مطالعه موردی: بانک صادرات استان آذربایجان غربی) انجام شده است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از حیث گردآوری اطلاعات، توصیفی و همبستگی و براساس مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه آماری شامل مدیران ارشد، رؤسا و مدیران شعب، رئیس دوایر و خدمات بانکی و بانکداران بانک صادرات استان آذربایجان غربی به تعداد 175 نفر و حجم نمونه براساس فرمول کوکران 120 نفر برآورد و به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب شده است. داده های لازم به روش میدانی و با توزیع پرسشنامه جمعآوری شده و آزمون فرضیهها از روش تحلیل مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) از طریق حداقل مربعات جزئی (PLS) انجام شده است. برای تعیین روایی پرسشنامه از روش صوری و محتوایی و برای تعیین پایایی پرسشنامه از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد و نتایج نشان داد که این پژوهش از روایی و پایایی بالایی برخوردار است. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که تأثیر بهکارگیری سیستمهای کاربردی سازمانی در ایجاد همسویی خدمات بانک بر فناوری اطلاعات در سیستم مدیریت بانکداری مثبت و معنی دار میباشد. آزمون فرضیه اصلی نشان داد بهکارگیری سیستمهای کاربردی سازمانی در ایجاد همسویی خدمات بانک با فناوری اطلاعات در سیستم مدیریت بانکداری بانک صادرات استان آذربایجان غربی تأثیر دارد. بررسی و آزمون فرضیات فرعی نشان داد عوامل مرتبط با بهکارگیری سیستمهای کاربردی سازمانی با فناوری اطلاعات در سیستم مدیریت بانکداری بانک صادرات استان آذربایجان غربی تأثیر دارند.
