بررسی و تحلیل شاخص های راهبرد توسعه شهری (CDS) (مطالعه موردی: شهر کازرون)

امروزه شهرها به شکل سرسام آوری رشد می کنند و خود را به عنوان سکونتگاه اول بشر مطرح نموده اند. عدم کارآیی طرح های جامع و تفصیلی موجب شد تا برنامه ریزی شهری به استقبال رویکردهای دیگری از جمله برنامه ریزی سیستمی رود و راهبرد توسعه شهری (CDS) که نشان از قابلیت بسیار در جوابگویی به مشکلات شهرها داشت، به عرصه شهری وارد شود. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی و تعیین وضعیت شهر کازرون از نظر شاخص های راهبرد توسعه شهری است. فرضیه اصلی پژوهش، این است که شهر کازرون به لحاظ شاخص های استراتژی های توسعه شهری در وضعیت مناسبی قرار ندارد. در این مقاله، روش پژوهش، توصیفی- تحلیلی و نوع تحقیق، کاربردی است. جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه در این تحقیق، دو گروه شهروندان ساکن در شهر کازرون و مدیران شهری می باشد. تعداد حجم نمونه شهروندان با بهره گیری از فرمول کوکران 300 نفر است. همچنین 45 نفر از مسوؤلان و مدیران مرتبط با موضوع مدیریت و برنامه ریزی در شهر کازرون انتخاب گردید. شیوه ارزش گذاری سؤال های پرسش نامه مبتنی بر روش طیف 5 گزینه ای لیکرت بوده و بر این اساس رتبه های 1 تا 5 به پاسخ ها اختصاص داده شد. در این پژوهش، تلاش شده است که شهر کازرون، به لحاظ شاخص هایی نظیر: قابلیت زندگی، رقابتی بودن، بانکی بودن و نیز حکمروایی شهری مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و پس از شناسایی وضع موجود شهر، راهکارهایی جهت رسیدن به چشم انداز آتی توسعه شهری، پیشنهاد و ارائه گردد.
