سطح‌بندی و بررسی تطبیقی سطوح توسعۀیافتگی با استفاده از تکنیک‌های برنامه‌ریزی (مطالعه موردی: شهرستان‌های استان کرمانشاه)

ملخص المقالة :
در برنامه‌ریزی‌های توسعۀ در سطح منطقه‌ای، شناخت و درک تفاوت موجود میان مناطق از حیث برخورداری آن‌ها از امکانات و زیرساخت‌های اجتماعی و اقتصادی، ضرورتی اجتناب‌ناپذیر است. با عنایت به مبحث مطرح شده، پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد توصیفی – تحلیلی در پی آن است تا ضمن مشخص کردن وضعیت توسعۀیافتگی شهرستان‌های استان کرمانشاه به لحاظ شاخص‌های مختلف توسعۀ با استفاده از دو شاخص HDI و موریس نتایج این دو شاخص را با هم مقایسه نماید و در نهایت به بررسی تحلیل جمعیتی توسعۀیافتگی در سطح استان با استفاده از آزمون پیرسون بپردازد. در این پژوهش برای نشان دادن بهتر وضعیت فضایی توسعۀ‌ی شهرستان‌ها در دو شاخص HDI و موریس، نقشه‌های مربوطه با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Arc GIS ترسیم شده‌اند. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل 14 واحد اداری (شهرستان) استان کرمانشاه می‌باشد. 55 متغیر مورد استفاده در این پژوهش، طوری انتخاب شده‌اند که بر تمام جنبه‌های توسعۀ شهرستان‌ها تأکید دارند. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش بیانگر آن است که شهرستان‌های استان به لحاظ توسعۀ در وضعیت مناسبی به سر نمی‌برند، زیرا در سطح استان هیچ شهرستانی در خوشه اول و دوم (توسعۀیافتگی بسیار بالا و بالا قرار ندارد)، همچنین مقایسه دو شاخص پژوهش بیانگر آن است که شاخص موریس وضعیت توسعۀیافتگی شهرستان‌ها را بهتر نشان می‌دهد؛ بنابراین نسبت به شاخص HDI برتری دارد و در نهایت تحلیل وضعیت جمعیتی توسعۀیافتگی بیانگر همبستگی مثبت بین درصد شهرنشینی و وضعیت توسعۀیافتگی شهرستان‌ها می‌باشد.
