ارزیابی میزان رضایت مندی گردشگران از خدمات اقامتی و پذیرایی مجتمع های گردشگری ( مطالعه موردی: محور نوشهر-رامسر)

رضایتمندی گردشگران یکی از مهم ترین عوامل رقابتی و بهترین شاخص برای تضمین رشد و توسعه آتی مقاصد گردشگری محسوب می شود. بر اساس دیدگاه صاحب نظران میزان رضایت گردشگران به عنوان معیاری مهم برای سنجش کیفیت و کارآمدی خدمات ارایه شده در مقاصد گردشگری دارد. ونوع تحقیق توصیفی – تحلیلی است برای تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها از آزمون tتک نمونه ای استفاده شده است. داده های مورد نیاز به صورت میدانی با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه و همچنین به صورت کتابخانه ای جمع آوری گردیده است به منظور سنجش رضایتمندی گردشگران با حجم نمونه 214نفرو با 7مولفه و 43شاخص ارزیابی، و از آرمون tتک نمونه ای استفاده شده است به طوری که، نتایج نشان می دهد که کیفیت خدمات اقامتی و پذیرایی در منطقه مورد مطالعه در میزان رضایتمندی گردشگران تاثیر مثبت بر جای گذاشته است به طوری که، از بین مولفههای مورد بررسی به ترتیب مولفههای با تمایل به مراجعه مجدد (63/3 ) ویژگی کلی منطقه با (13/3)بیشترین مقادیر میانگین عددی را به خود اختصاص دادهاند. در ادامه تحقیق به منظور رتبه بندی مجتمعهای گردشگری از نظر میزان رضایتمندی گردشگران این مهم حاصل شد که در بین مجتمع های گردشگری از لحاظ کیفیت خدمات اقامتی به ترتیب مجتمع تفریحی توریستی نمک ابرود با میانگین 11/133دررتبه اول رضایت مندی را دارا میباشد.
