تبیین نقش فن‌آوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات (ICT) پیرامون ظرفیت‌سازی اجتماعی نواحی روستایی (مطالعه موردی: شهرستان مشگین‌شهر)

ظرفیت‌سازی اجتماعی به مجموعه دارایی‌های موجود در درون یک اجتماع باز می‌گردد که می‌تواند شامل منابع مورد نیاز برای انجام امری خاص یا آگاهی، تخصص و رهبری برای انجام یک رخ‌داد باشد هدف این مقاله بررسی نقش فن‌آوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در ظرفیت‌سازی اجتماعی نواحی روستایی شهرستان مشگین‌شهر می‌باشد. این تحقیق از لحاظ هدف، توسعه‌ای، و از لحاظ ماهیت، توصیفی و تحلیلی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، شامل تمام روستاهای دارای دفاتر فن‌آوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات روستایی (ICT) شهرستان مشگین‌شهر است. برای برآورد حجم نمونه از روش نمونه‌گیری کوکران با سطح اطمینان 95 درصد استفاده شده است در این تحقیق روش گردآوری داده‌ها برای پاسخ‌گویی به سئوالات تحقیق، به دو صورت اسنادی (داده‌های ثانویه) و پیمایشی(داده‌های اولیه) و ابزار مورد استفاده در روش پیمایشی پرسش‌نامه و مصاحبه بوده است. روایی پرسش‌نامه توسط متخصصان مورد تایید قرار گرفت. مطالعه راهنما در ناحیه مشابه جامعه آماری با تعداد30 پرسش نامه صورت گرفت و با داده‌های کسب شده و استفاده از فرمول ویژه کرونباخ آلفا در نرم افزار SPSS، پایایی بخش‌های مختلف پرسش‌نامه تحقیق 71/0 الی84/0 بدست آمد. در نهایت نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که به جز متغیرهای انسجام اجتماعی و خدمات اجتماعی بین تمامی متغیرهای تحقیق و بهره‌گیری از خدمات فن‌آوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات رابطه معنی‌داری وجود دارد. در نهایت، با توجه به نتایج پژوهش پیشنهادات کاربردی ارائه شده است.
