مدل یابی چشم انداز تغییر عادت های رفتاری کاربران وسایط نقلیه شخصی در استفاده از حمل و نقل عمومی(مطالعه موردی کلانشهر تبریز)

ملخص المقالة :
درک پیشینه مدل کنونی سفر، یک موضوع کلیدی در توسعه کارآمد برنامهریزی حملونقل شهری میباشد چراکه شناخت شیوه و عوامل انتخاب سفر به دلیل تسهیل در تغییر رفتار حائز اهمیت است. در اکثر موارد واقعیتهای حملونقل با رهیافتهای رفتاری نسبت به مدلهای منطقی بهتر تبیین میشوند. هدف این مقاله تجزیهوتحلیل تأثیر عوامل مختلف در انتخاب شیوه سفر کاربران وسایط نقلیه شخصی و عمومی میباشد. بر این اساس مدل مفهومی عادتهای سفر با ترکیب محدودیتهای انتخاب رفتار ادراکی و نگرش برنامهریزیشده طراحیشده است. روششناسی مقاله با توجه به هدف از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی _ توسعهای و ازنظر ماهیت و روش از نوع توصیفی، تحلیلی و پیمایشی است. جمعآوری دادهها در قالب پرسشنامه و اخذ نظرات در حوزه جابجایی عمومی در سطح شهر تبریز صورت گرفت. برآورد نمونهها با استفاده از فرمول کوکران برابر با 1100 نفر برای 166 ناحیه ترافیکی تبریز تعیین گردید. نتایج حاصل از مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری الگوی سفر نشاندهنده واریانس بیش از ۱۷ درصدی در کاربران وسایط نقلیه خصوصی و واریانس بیش از ۱۴ درصدی در کاربران حملونقل عمومی بود. سایر مؤلفهها از آن جمله محدودیتهای نگرشی و انتخابی دارای اهمیت چندانی نبودند. برخلاف نتایج مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری، باورهای نگرشی امکان پیشبینی را فراهم میسازند. بر همین اساس با انجام رگرسیون لجستیک دوحالته، تمایل مسافران در استفاده از حملونقل عمومی موردبررسی قرار گرفت که حاکی از تأثیر منفی قابلتوجه و چشمگیر عادات رانندگی بر احتمال انتخاب حملونقل عمومی است. بر اساس یافتههای این تحقیق پیشنهادهای راهبردی باهدف شکستن عادتهای ناپایدار رانندگی و تشکیل عادتهای جدید پایدار ارائهشده است.
