ارزیابی وضعیت شاخص‌های اجتماعی مسکن (مطالعه موردی: مناطق روستایی شهرستان رشت)

شاخص‌های مسکن مهم‌ترین و کلیدی‌ترین ابزار برنامه‌ریزی مسکن می‌باشد. بررسی شاخص‌های اجتماعی مسکن یکی از شیوه‌های شناخت ویژگی‌های مسکن به شمار می‌رود که می‌توان به کمک آن پارامترهای مؤثر در امر مسکن را شناخت و هرگونه برنامه‌ریزی و تصمیم‌گیری را آسان نمود. هدف این پژوهش بررسی و ارزیابی وضعیت شاخص‌های کمی و کیفی اجتماعی مسکن مناطق روستایی شهرستان رشت می‌باشد. از این‌رو پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و ماهیت روش آن توصیفی- تحلیلی است که اطلاعات مورد نیاز آن از طریق منابع اسنادی حاصل از نتایج شش دوره سرشماری در طی سال‌های 1345 تا 1390 به‌دست‌آمده است. نتایج بررسی و مقایسه شاخص‌های اجتماعی مسکن در مناطق روستایی شهرستان رشت طی سال‌های 1345 الی1390 نشان می‌دهد که از نظر شاخص‌های اجتماعی کمی مسکن (تراکم خانوار در واحد مسکونی، تراکم نفر در اتاق، تراکم نفر در واحد مسکونی و توزیع واحدهای مسکونی برحسب تعداد اتاق و خانوار)، در وضعیت مناسب‌تر و مطلوب‌تری نسبت به گذشته قرار دارد و هم چنین از نظر شاخص‌های اجتماعی کیفی (میانگین سطح زیربنای واحد مسکونی، دوام مصالح ساختمانی، مالکیت و نحوه تصرف و امکانات زیرساختی و تسهیلات)، واحدهای مسکونی روند رو به رشدی را شاهد بوده و بهبود نسبی داشته‌اند اما کماکان مشکلات و کاستی‌هایی نیز وجود دارد.
