شناسایی و اولویت بندی عوامل تاثیرگذار بر تقویت مشارکت جمعی در اجرای طرح های توسعه شهری (مورد پژوهش: کلانشهر تهران)

اولویتبندی و تعیین پروتکلهای تقویت مشارکت جمعی شهروندان در اجرای طرحهای توسعه شهری می تواند بیشتر از لحاظ بعد امنیت اجتماعی، بعد عدالت اجتماعی و بعد رفاهی مورد توجه مجریان و متولیان قانونی احیای فضاهای شهری کلانشهرها قرار گیرد. از این رو مقاله حاضر با هدف شناسایی و اولویت بندی عوامل تاثیرگذار بر تقویت مشارکت جمعی در اجرای طرح های توسعه شهری در 384 نفر از شهروندان و 50 نفر از مدیران و برنامه ریزان شهری انجام گرفته است. گردآوری اطلاعات از طریق مرور منابع و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مشتمل بر دو بخش اطلاعات جامعهشناختی و جلب اعتماد به مشارکت اجتماعی در توسعه شهری از دیدگاه شهروندان و مدیران انجام گرفت. نتایج حاصل از تحقیق نشان داد تفاوت معناداری بین متغیر ویژگی های شهروندان برای اعتماد به مشارکت از دید مدیران و برنامه ریزان شهری و شهروندان وجود دارد (p≤0.05). همچنین تفاوت معناداری بین متغیر تأثیر پذیری طرح توسعۀ شهری از نظر نوع آن، برمیزان اعتماد شهروندان در راستای مشارکت جمعی از دید مدیران و برنامه ریزان شهری و شهروندان وجود دارد (p≤0.05). در نهایت اولویت بندی عوامل مؤثر براعتماد شهروندان در راستای تقویت مشارکت جمعی در اجرای طرحهای توسعه شهری نشان داد این نظرات از دیدگاه شهروندان (098/413= (x^2) مجذورکای، 2= (df) درجه آزادی، 001/0≥p ) و مدیران (411/27= (x^2) مجذورکای، 2= (df) درجه آزادی، 001/0≥p ) متفاوت بوده و ترتیب آن بدین شرح است: 1) نوع و ویژگی طرح ها برای مشارکت، 2) ویژگی های شهروندان برای اعتماد به مشارکت و 3) عوامل اعتمادساز در فضاهای مکان شناسی.
