ارزیابی تاب آوری بافت تاریخی شهر در برابر مخاطرات طبیعی (زلزله) (مطالعه موردی: شهر یزد)

پژوهشهای کاربردی در امور مربوط به ایمن سازی شهرها در برابر سوانح طبیعی سبب افزایش ابتکارات در طراحیها و یافتن بهترین سیاستها خواهد شد. بنابراین برای دستیابی به این هدف، گنجاندن برنامههای افزایش تابآوری و کاهش آسیبپذیری شهروندان و جامعه که در معرض مخاطرات و سوانح طبیعی هستند در طرحهای توسعه شهری ضرورت دارد. لذا برنامهریزی برای تابآوری در بحران جز مهمی از آیندهنگری جوامع و سازمانها شده است. پژوهش حاضر به منظور ارزیابی میزان تابآوری بافت تاریخی شهر یزد در برابر مخاطرات طبیعی از جمله زلزله را مورد بررسی قرار داده است. روش تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر نوع دادهها اسنادی و میدانی و از نظر نحوه اجرا به صورت فضایی است. با استفاده از مدل AHP به تلفیق لایههای کاربری در محیط GIS مبادرت شد و در نهایت، محلات بافت تاریخی شهر از لحاظ میزان تابآوری مشخص شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان دهنده آن است که بخشهای جنوبی و غربی از نظر تابآوری در برابر مخاطرات در وضعیت نامناسبی قرار داشته (38/8 هکتار) و در مقابل واحدهای ساختمانی واقع در بخشهای مرکزی و شرقی این منطقه از نظر تابآوری در شرایط مساعدتری قرار دارد (26/90 هکتار). با توجه به ارزیابی صورت گرفته میتوان اینگونه بیان داشت که محلات فهادان، زردتشتی، پشت باغ و گنبد سبز دارای بالاترین میزان تاب-آوری در برابر مخاطرات بوده و در مقابل محلات شیخداد، دولتآباد، گودال مصلی، گازرگاه و شش بادگیری دارای کمترین میزان تابآوری هستند.
