دامنه و افق مناسبات جمهوری اسلامی ایران و ترکیه (2021-2011)

چکیده مقالۀ حاضر، نخست شرحی از فراز و فرودهای روابط میان ایران و ترکیه عرضه میکند و توضیح میدهد که چگونه اندکی فاصلهگیریِ آرامِ ترکیۀ تحت سیادت حزب عدالت و توسعه، از سکولاریسم نظامی کمالیستها، موجب شد که مناسبات دیپلماتیک میان ایران و ترکیه از سال ۲۰۰۲ به بعد گسترش پیدا کند. سپس، توجه خود را به اهمیت خیزشهای عربی در ایجاد شکاف میان ایران و ترکیه معطوف میکند و با استفاده از نظریۀ معمای امنیت و با رویکردی توصیفی – تحلیلی، این پرسش را مطرح میکند که عوامل اثرگذار در فرسایش روابط ایران و ترکیه، ناظر به چه موضوع ها و مسائلی بوده و قلمرو اثرگذاریِ این متغیرها در آیندۀ روابط کجاست؟ از همینرو و در مقام پاسخ، اشاره میشود که از لحاظ جغرافیایی، این دو کشور به واسطۀ ابهام و عدم اطمینان اوضاع شکننده خاورمیانه، خصوصاً عراق و سوریه، همزمان در مسائل سیاسی- امنیتی در مناطق مختلفی؛ از جمله منطقۀ هلال حاصلخیز شامل عراق، سوریه و کردها تأثیرگذار هستند و به لحاظ هویتی نیز با اتصال اصول و ارزشهای خود به مسائل منطقهای؛ بهخصوص هدایت جریانهای ایدئولوژیک و بازیگران غیردولتی، در جهت اثرگذاری بر مناطق استراتژیک در راستای خودیاری به ایفای نقش میپردازند.
