بررسی اثر سالیسلیک اسید و هیدروپرایم بر خصوصیات جوانهزنی چغندرقند تحت تنش شوری (Beta Vulgaris L.)

بهمنظور بررسی اثر سالسیلیک اسید و هیدروپرایم بر ویژگی های جوانه زنی چغندرقند تحت تنش شوری، پژوهشی در سال 1395 بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار در دانشگاه شاهد اجرا گردید. عوامل آزمایش شامل سالسیلیک اسید (3/0 و 6/0 میلی مولار)، هیدروپرایم (24 و 48 ساعت) و تنش شوری (0، 3-، 6- و 9- دسی زیمنس بر متر) بود. نتایج تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که اثر تیمار های مختلف بر صفات درصد جوانه زنی کل، درصد جوانه زنی نرمال و غیر نرمال، طول ریشه چه، طول ساقه چه، طول گیاهچه، متوسط زمان جوانه زنی، همگنی جوانه زنی و شاخص طولی بنیه بذر در سطح احتمال یک درصد معنی دار بود. هم چنین اثر شوری بر صفات درصد جوانه زنی کل، درصد جوانه زنی نرمال و غیرنرمال، طول ریشه چه، ساقه چه و گیاهچه، متوسط زمان جوانه زنی، شاخص طولی بنیه بذر در سطح یک درصد معنی دار بود. هم چنین اثر توام پیش تیمار و تنش شوری بر تمامی صفات مذکور در سطح یک درصد معنی دار بود. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین درصد جوانه زنی نرمال (50 درصد) مربوط به پیش تیمار سالسیلیک اسید 6/0 میلی مولار بدون تنش شوری و کم ترین آن (25/21 درصد) مربوط به شاهد و شوری 9- دسیزیمنس بر متر بود. بیش ترین و کم ترین شاخص طولی بنیه بذر به ترتیب مربوط به پیش تیمار هیدروپرایم 48 ساعت و شوری 6- دسی زیمنس بر متر (5/3802) و شاهد و شوری 9- دسی زیمنس بر متر (5/530) بود. به طور کلی پیش تیمار سالسیلیک اسید جهت شکست خواب و افزایش بنیه بذر گیاه چغندرقند توصیه می شود.
