اثر پیشتیمار با نانوکلات آهن و پتاسیم بر جوانهزنی و رشد سیاهدانه (Nigella sativa L.) تحت تنش شوری

جوانهزنی مرحلهای مهم و اساسی در زندگی اکثر گیاهان میباشد و تحمل به شوری در این مرحله از اهمیت ویژهای برخوردار است. به منظور ارزیابی مصرف نانوکلات آهن و پتاسیم بر بهبود جوانهزنی و صفات رشدی اولیه گیاه سیاهدانه تحت شرایط تنش شوری، پژوهشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار در آزمایشگاه علوم باغبانی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد میانه اجرا شد. فاکتور اول شامل پیشتیمار بذر با نانوکلات آهن و پتاسیم هرکدام در سه سطح 1000، 2000 و 3000 میلیگرم بر لیتر در کنار پیشتیمار با آب مقطر و فاکتور دوم چهار سطح شوری با کلریدسدیم 0، 25، 50، 75 میلیمولار بود. نتایج نشان داد سطوح بالای کلریدسدیم سبب کاهش معنیدار شاخصهای جوانهزنی و رشد گیاهچه گردید. همچنین، مصرف نانوکلات پتاسیم نسبت به نانوکلات آهن اثر مثبت بیشتری بر شاخصهای جوانهزنی و رشد گیاهچه سیاهدانه در شرایط تنش و بدون تنش شوری داشت و با مصرف نانوکلات پتاسیم به تنهایی و یا تحت تنش شوری، شاخصهای جوانهزنی و رشد گیاهچه عملکرد بهتری نشان داد. بنابراین، میتوان برای کاهش اثرات سوء شوری بر جوانهزنی بذر سیاهدانه، از پیشتیمار نانوکلات پتاسیم استفاده کرد.
