چکیده مقاله :
سیاست خارجی یک کشور اگر تابع فرایندهای مختلف است منطق حاکم بر آن تابع شرایطی است که، به ویژه در زمان حاضر، به شدت متحول و دگرگون شونده است. ایالات متحده آمریکا، از دهه 1990 به بعد، به ویژه در بازه زمانی 2016-2020 و نیز در شرایط موجود به گونه ای در روابط بین الملل عمل می کند که در تصور بسیاری از ملت های دنیا حتی متحدان آمریکا غریب می نماید. در سال جاری خورشیدی با فاصله حدوداً شش ماهه در ایران و آمریکا شاهد تغییر کابینه با دو رویکرد کاملاً متفاوت (میانه روی اصلاح طلبانه پزشکیان و رادیکالیسم ملی گرایانه شوونیستی ترامپ) بودیم. بسیار مهم است که بدانیم هر یک از این دو دولت چه در سر دارند و در مقابل همدیگر چگونه عمل خواهند کرد؟ پژوهش حاضر در پی آن است که با روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی به تحلیل منطق حاکم بر سیاست خارجی و رفتارهای آمریکا در روابط بین الملل موجود بپردازد و البته نیم نگاهی به آینده نزدیک جمهوری اسلامی ایران داشته و عجالتاً سناریوهای پیش روی ایران در شرایط موجود جهت مواجهه با منطق سیاستمداران کاخ سفید را مورد بررسی قرار دهد. بنابراین هدف تحقیق فهم منطق حاکم بر سیاست خارجی آمریکا در دوران جدید ریاست جمهوری ترامپ به منظور طراحی الگوی رفتاری مناسب برای ایران جهت مواجهه با شرایط پیشِ رو می باشد.
If a country's foreign policy is subject to different processes, the logic governing it is subject to conditions that, especially at the present time, are highly changing and transforming. The United States of America, since the 1990s, especially in the period 2016-2020 and also in the current conditions, has acted in international relations in a way that seems strange to many nations of the world, even America's allies. This solar year, with an interval of about six months, we witnessed a change of cabinet in Iran and the United States with two completely different approaches (the reformist moderation of the doctors and the nationalist chauvinist radicalism of Trump). It is very important to know what each of these two governments has in mind and how they will act towards each other. The present study seeks to analyze the logic governing US foreign policy and behavior in current international relations using a descriptive-analytical method, and of course, take a look at the near future of the Islamic Republic of Iran and, for the time being, examine the scenarios facing Iran in the current circumstances in order to confront the logic of the White House politicians. Therefore, the aim of the study is to understand the logic governing US foreign policy in the new era of Trump's presidency in order to design an appropriate behavioral model for Iran to confront the upcoming conditions.
