بررسی تاثیر روغنهای فرار گیاه آویشن Thymus vulgaris بر عملکرد رشد جوجههای گوشتی

در این تحقیق اثر روغنهای فرار گیاه آویشن (Thymus vulgaris) بر رشد جوجههای گوشتی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. 300 قطعه جوجه گوشتی یک روزه نر از آمیخته راس 308 به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه A (تیمار) و B (کنترل) با سه تکرار در هر گروه (50 قطعه در هر پن) تقسیم و به مدت 7 هفته پرورش داده شدند. جوجههای هر دو گروه دسترسی آزادانه به آب و غذا داشتند. از سن 10 روزگی عصاره 20 درصد گیاه آویشن با دوز200سیسی در 1000 لیتر، روزانه به مدت 12 ساعت تا سن کشتار به آب آشامیدنی جوجههای گروه A افزوده شد. در پایان هر هفته جوجههای هر دو گروه توزین و میزان مصرف دان و ضریب تبدیل هفتگی آنها تعیین شد. در مقایسه مجموع تلفات کل بین گروه کنترل و تیمار در پایان دوره تفاوت معنیداری را نشان داد (05/0p<). میزان تلفات در گروه تیمار کمتر از کنترل بود. همچنین از نظر شاخصهای عملکرد رشد در پایان دوره پرورش تفاوت معنیداری بین دو گروه وجود داشت و میانگین وزن در گروه تیمار بهطور معنیداری (05/0p<) بالاتر از گروه کنترل بود. مقایسه میزان مصرف دان و ضریب تبدیل غذایی بین دو گروه از لحاظ آماری تفاوت معنیداری را نشان داد و در گروه تیمار کمتر از کنترل بود. این نتایج نشان داد که افزودن عصاره آویشن به آب آشامیدنی جوجههای گوشتی سبب بهبود شاخصهای عملکرد رشد شده و باعث کاهش تلفات دورهای میگردد.
The Effects of Thymus vulgaris extract on growth performance parameters of broiler chicken are investigated in this study. Three hundred day-old male chicks, Ross 308, were randomly distributed into two groups named group A, a treatment group, and group B which is a control group with 3 replicates (50 birds per pen). Then, Chicks were raised for 7 weeks. Each of the two groups was supplied with diets and water. Twenty percent extract of Thymus vulgaris was administrated to chickens’ drinking water 12 hours a day with dose of 200cc/1000 liter. This was continued from day 10 till chicks were sent to slaughter house. Chickens of two groups weighted weekly and food consumption and Feed Conversion Ratio were calculated. At the end of experiment total mortalities, total consumed food and feed conversion ratio in treatment group (A) were significantly (p<0.05) lower than control group (B) while mean body weight in chickens of group A was significantly (p<0.05) higher than control (B) group. Comparing food consumption and feed conversion ratio in two groups showed significant differences (p<0.05); although, the above mentioned factors in treatment group was lower than control group. Results of this study showed the value of Thymus vulgaris in improving growth performance parameters and reducing mortalities.
