بررسی سرواپیدمیولوژیکی ویروس بلوتانگ در بزهای استان چهار محال وبختیاری

در این مطالعه جهت تشخیص آنتی بادی ویروس بلوتانگ در بز استان چهارمحال و بختیاری تحقیقی در سال 1394در دو منطقه اکولوژیکی انجام گرفت. نمونه های خون بصورت تصادفی از بزهای دو منطقه اخذ شد. برای بررسی آنتی بادی اختصاصی بلوتانگ نمونه های سرمی با آزمون الیزای رقابتی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. از 1350 نمونه سرم بز 48/57% مثبت ارزیابی شدند. دربررسی شیوع سرمی ویروس بلوتانگ در جمعیت بز از520 نمونه سرم منطقه جلگه ای و830 نمونه سرم منطقه کوهستانی به ترتیب 04/79% و98/43% نمونه مثبت ارزیابی شدند. اختلاف معناداری از نظر موارد مثبت در دو منطقه مشاهده شد (P
