چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه و هدف پژوهش: به تدریج سازمان‌ها و موسسات به منظور برگزاری رویدادهای ورزشی و همچنین شرکت‌های تولید محصولات ورزشی، با محدود شدن حد و مرزهای قانونی، حق انتخاب زیادی جزء رفتن به سمت استفاده از فرآیندهای لجستیک معکوس در فعالیت‌های خود نخواهند داشت. هدف تحقیق ارائه راهبردهای مطلوب جهت توسعه لجستیک معکوس ورزش در شهر شاهرود است.
روش پژوهش: از نوع آمیخته اکتشافی بوده؛ ابتدا از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی و انجام مصاحبه با متخصصان، عوامل موثر بر توسعه لجستیک معکوس ورزش شاهرود تعیین شد. 16 مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته تا رسیدن به اشباع داده‌ها انجام شد. در مرحلۀ کمی، از مؤلفه‌های استخراج شده، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته‌ای تدوین شد؛ با توزیع بین نمونه‌های آماری (127 نفر)، داده‌ها جمع‌آوری شد و اولویت‌بندی مقوله‌ها صورت گرفت. برای تعیین روایی صوری و محتوایی، پرسشنامه مذکور مجدد بین 11 نفر از اساتید و خبرگان توزیع شد و پیشنهادات مناسب در پرسشنامه نهایی لحاظ گردید. برای تعیین پایایی نیز از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد و مقدار آن برای هر متغیر بیشتر از 70/0 بودو پرسشنامه از پایایی لازم برخوردار بود.
یافته‌ها: نشان داد بین راهبردهای شناسایی شده، سیاست‌گذاری در ورزش شاهرود مبتنی بر اهداف زیست محیطی باید در بالاترین اولویت قرار گیرد.
نتیجه گیری: پیشنهاد می‌گردد سیستم‌هایی برای بازگشت آسان محصولات به مبداء طراحی شده و به آسانی در دسترس مشتریان قرار گیرند؛ محصولات ورزشی به صورت شفاف معرفی شود تا اعتمادسازی صورت گیرد؛ و با کیفیت‌ترین محصولات و خدمات ورزشی ارائه شوند تا در توسعه فعالیت‌های ورزشی نیز اثربخش باشند.

Introduction and purpose: Gradually, organizations and institutions for the purpose of holding sports events, as well as companies producing sports products, with the limitation of legal boundaries, will not have much choice to use reverse logistics processes in their activities. The aim of the research is to provide optimal strategies for the development of reverse logistics of sports in Shahrood city.
Method: it was of mixed exploratory type; First, the effective factors on the development of reverse logistics in Shahrood sports were determined from the method of qualitative content analysis and conducting interviews with experts. 16 semi-structured interviews were conducted until data saturation was reached. In the quantitative phase, a researcher-made questionnaire was compiled from the extracted components; By distributing among the statistical samples (127 people), data was collected and categories were prioritized. To determine the formal and content validity, the said questionnaire was distributed again among 11 professors and experts, and suitable suggestions were included in the final questionnaire. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to determine reliability and its value was more than 0.70 for each variable, and the questionnaire had the necessary reliability.
Findings: It showed that among the identified strategies, "politicization in Shahrood sports based on environmental goals" should be given the highest priority.
Conclusion: It is suggested that systems be designed for easy return of products to the origin and be easily available to customers; Sports products should be introduced transparently to build trust; and provide the highest quality sports products and services to be effective in the development of sports activities.
