Iran has experienced major structural and economic changes over the past four decades. In the major experimental literature, researchers believe that these changes have manifested themselves as changes in the dynamics of macroeconomic variables, so that a number of articles have focused on documenting these changes. Understanding what lies behind it and the consequences of these changes is clearly important for monetary policy. This study empirically examines how the behavior of monetary policy in Iran has changed in response to various structural shocks, which is done using the Markov switching model of dynamic random equilibrium. In this study, the Markov Stochastic Dynamic General Equilibrium Model (MS-DSGE) is estimated, which causes changes in the coefficients of the monetary policy law as well as shock fluctuations with Iranian data from 1350 to 1396. We find that regime change, both in monetary policy legislation and in shock fluctuations, is a fundamental adjustment in improving the fit of the model. Our results show that structural shock fluctuations have also changed over time. Hence, the highest instability impulse of real output is due to the monetary policy index impulse and the least impact is due to the imposition of financial liberalization. Among all the factors, the greatest impact is due to the impulse of revolution and war. The least impact belongs to the shock of oil revenues on the shocks of the monetary policy index with coefficient. Manuscript profile

The aim of the present research is to investigate the role of the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of managers in the organizational structure of managers of government organizations. According to the existing theoretical frameworks, the relationships between research variables have been evaluated by some quantitative methods. According to the characteristics of the statistical society, the non-probability and accessible sampling method was chosen for the experts. To determine convergent and divergent validity, Lisrel software was used, and for data analysis, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was usually used to test the normality of the data. The analysis of the obtained data showed that; GFI (normalized fit index) higher than 0.9 is a sign of a good fit of the model. RMSEA is equal to 0.055 (the root mean square of the error of approximation or the deviation test of each degree of freedom) and a value less than 0.08 indicates a good fit of the model. Shows, On the other hand, the P-value (significant level) is 0.0001, which is less than 0.05, so it is accepted with 95% confidence of the conceptual model of entrepreneurial enthusiasm of managers of public organizations. This article aims to provide a model to explain the role of green human resource management in the resilience economy of small and medium-sized companies. The method of this research is a developmental-applied type of mixed research (qualitative-quantitative), which was used in the qualitative part of the Foundation (emerging) data method to identify components and indicators, and in the quantitative part, the descriptive-survey method was used. The statistical population in the qualitative part included experts (university faculty members) in the fields of human resource management, environment, and economics, after 28 interviews, the research reached theoretical saturation, and in a small part of the Cochran formula, there were 229 employees of the company. Industrial companies of Eshtehard town were selected. In the qualitative section, 13 codes were identified in process factors, 14 codes in prefixes, and 10 codes in suffixes. For the resistance economy, a researcher-made questionnaire with 31 indicators was used. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the CVR method. Cronbach's alpha of the green human resources management questionnaire was equal to 0.761 and the resistance economy questionnaire was equal to 0.870. Two types of internal and external validity were used to validate the model. The results of the analysis of factor loadings of research components showed that there is a positive and significant linear relationship between each dimension of green human resource management. The results of the research model, it showed that among the identified factors, the antecedent dimension with a coefficient of 0.819, process factors with a coefficient of 0.797 and suffixes with a coefficient of 0.713, and finally, the coefficient of the impact of green human resources management on the resistance economy was obtained as 0.914, which shows the impact of 91 A percentage of aspects of green human resource management had resistance on the economy. Improving the competitiveness of businesses through investment in industrial parks is one of the challenges that managers face for economic development. This study has been done with the aim of identifying, determining relationships and providing a structural model of investment to competitive advantage in industrial parks. The data have been analyzed in two parts, qualitative and quantitative. In the qualitative part, the variables of the model were extracted using the method of content analysis and coding and confirmed by the fuzzy Delphi method, and in the quantitative part, the hierarchical structure model was presented. The statistical population of the research is 25 experts who were selected by non-probability purposeful and snowball sampling and answered the pairwise comparison questionnaire. The findings of the qualitative section showed that the model has eight variables including "infrastructure investment", "motivational investment", "economical investment", "institutional investment", "environmental investment", "support investment", "Political investment" and "competitiveness". The findings of the quantitative section showed that the structural model has six levels, that "political investment" and "infrastructure investment" have the most influence in the model and are in the first priority. We conclude that in order to competitive advantage, managers should pay more attention to technical and informational infrastructure, as well as appropriate policies and providing regulations.
