اثر هیدروپرایمینگ، اسموپرایمینگ و هورمونپرایمینگ بر جوانهزنی و فیزیولوژی بذر لوبیا قرمز (Phaseolus vulgaris) تحت تنش کادمیوم

چکیده مقاله :
به منظور بررسی اثر انواع روش های پرایمینگ بر صفات فیزیولوژیک و بیوشیمیایی گیاهچه لوبیا قرمز تحت تنش کلریدکادمیوم، آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی در سه تکرار در آزمایشگاه دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی اجرا گردید. فاکتورهای مورد بررسی شامل سه سطح کلریدکادمیوم (صفر (شاهد)، 100 و 200 میلی گرم در لیتر) و چهار سطح پرایمینگ (شاهد (عدم پرایمینگ)، آب مقطر، مانیتول و اسیدسالیسیلیک هر کدام با غلظت 100 میلی گرم در لیتر) به مدت 12 ساعت بودند. نتایج آزمایش نشان داد که پرایمینگ با اسیدسالیسیلیک موجب افزایش درصد و سرعت جوانه زنی به میزان 3 تا 61 درصد تحت تنش 100 میلی گرم در لیتر کلریدکادمیوم در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد شد. همچنین اثر متقابل اسیدسالیسیلیک و کلریدکادمیوم 100 سبب افزایش بنیه طولی و وزنی بذر لوبیا قرمز به میزان 42 تا 160 درصد، وزن خشک ساقه چه و ریشه چه به میزان 30 تا 400 درصد در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد شد.بنابراین پرایمینگ با اسیدسالیسیلیک بهترین روش برای افزایش و بهبود رشد لوبیا قرمز در شرایط عدم تنش و تنش کلریدکادمیوم می باشد.
