چکیده مقاله :
هدف: هدف این پژوهش بررسی نقش هوش مصنوعی چت جی.پی.تی[1] در ارائه خدمات در کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی است.
روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کیفی با رویکرد آینده پژوهی صورت گرفته است. مطابق با داده های موجود در پایگاه‌های داخلی و بین المللی پرسشنامه‌ای تدوین و از طریق مصاحبه به گردآوری داده و تحلیل آن پرداخته شد.
یافته‌ها: تمامی 9 مصاحبه‌شونده با کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی دولتی تهران آشنا بودند.20 درصد هنوز به کتابخانه‌ها برای دسترسی به منابع مراجعه می‌کنند. 11 درصد از کتابخانه‌های خارجی استفاده می‌کنند. هیچ‌یک از مصاحبه‌شوندگان از ابزارهای هوش مصنوعی در کتابخانه‌ها استفاده نکرده‌اند. همه معتقدند که هوش مصنوعی می‌تواند تجربه کاربران را بهبود بخشد. 89 درصد معتقدند که در دراز مدت هوش مصنوعی بر رفتار کاربران مؤثر خواهد بود. 22 درصد نگران محدود شدن دسترسی به منابع بر اساس قضاوت چت جی.پی.تی هستند. 78 درصد معتقدند که با پیشرفت ربات‌های چت و هوش مصنوعی، کتابخانه‌ها قابل حذف هستند.
نتیجه‌گیری: جایگاه کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی در تهران جایگاه نامطلوبی است. لازم است کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی تهران از فناوری اطلاعات استفاده کنند و با رفع موانع زیرساختی برای بهره‌مندی از ابزارهای هوش مصنوعی به ویژه ربات چت جی.پی.تی برنامه‌ریزی نمایند.

Objective: The aim of this research is to examine the role of Chat GPT artificial intelligence in providing services in academic libraries.
Methodology: This qualitative research was conducted with a futures studies approach. Data were collected and analyzed through questionnaires and interviews based on existing data from domestic and international databases.
Results: Interviewees were familiar with public academic libraries in Tehran. 20% still visit libraries to access resources. 11% use foreign libraries. None of the interviewees had used AI tools in libraries. All believed that AI could improve user experience in libraries. 89% believed that AI would affect user behavior in the long term. 22% were concerned about limited access to resources based on Chat GPT's judgment. 78% believed that with the advancement of chatbots and AI, libraries could become obsolete.
Conclusion: The status of academic libraries in Tehran is unfavorable. It is necessary for Tehran's academic libraries to utilize information technology and address infrastructural barriers to benefit from AI tools, especially Chat GPT.
