بررسی نگرش کتابداران کتابخانههای عمومی استان مازندران به مدیریت دانش

چکیده مقاله :
هدف: هدف مطالعه حاضر، بررسی نگرش کتابداران کتابخانههای عمومی استان مازندران به مدیریت دانش است. روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی است و در اجرای آن از روش تحقیق پیمایشی - تحلیلی استفاده شده است. کتابداران رسمی و پیمانی کتابخانههای عمومی استان مازنداران 110 (نفر) کل جامعه پژوهش را تشکیل میدهند. این تحقیق در سال 1389 با ابزار پرسشنامه نگرش به مدیریت دانش و اشتراک دانش سنجیده است. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که بین نگرش به مدیریت دانش کتابداران کتابخانههای عمومی استان مازندران با اشتراک دانش رابطه وجود دارد. بین اعتماد کتابداران کتابخانههای عمومی استان مازندران و همکاری آنان در اشتراک دانش رابطه وجود دارد. بین گشاده رویی کتابداران کتابخانههای عمومی استان مازندران با همکاری آنان در اشتراک دانش رابطه وجود دارد. بین سیستمهای پاداش در کتابخانههای عمومی استان مازندران و همکاری کتابداران در اشتراک دانش رابطه وجود دارد. نتیجه گیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر بر اهمیت توجه به توسعه همکاری بیشتر بین کتابداران برای ارتقاء مدیریت دانش، همکاری و اشتراک دانش تأکید دارد.
Purpose: the purpose of this study is to measure Mazandaran Province public librarians' attitudes toward knowledge management including trust, reward system, openness, cooperation, and knowledge sharing Methodology: The study is an applied research, and survey method is used. 110 librarians of Mazandaran Public libraries took part in this survey. The research measured viewpoints of librarians in 9 months during 2010-2011. Questionnaires 'Cronbach's Alpha about confidence, attitude, cooperation, and reward, and openness in communication was 73%, and about attitude and knowledge management was87 % .SPSS v.17 is used in this study. In the analysis Pearson correlation coefficient R for testing hypotheses is used. Findings:Results showed that there is a meaningful relation among correlations across the variables of attitudes to knowledge management, trust, openness, and reward of librarians of public libraries of Mazandaran province and knowledge sharing. Conclusion: This study emphasizes the importance of greater cooperation between librarians for promoting the development of knowledge management, collaboration, and knowledge
