تأثیر بحران های جهانی بر تحکیم بنیان خانواده: یک مرور سیستماتیک از چالش‌ها و فرصت‌ها

بحران‌های جهانی مانند پاندمی کووید-۱۹ و جنگ غزه تغییرات عمیقی در ساختار و پویایی خانواده‌ها ایجاد کرده‌اند. این بحران‌ها چالش‌های مختلفی را به همراه داشته‌اند، اما فرصت‌هایی نیز برای تقویت پیوندهای خانوادگی فراهم کرده‌اند. هدف این مطالعه، مرور سیستماتیک ادبیات علمی موجود برای شناسایی چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های ایجادشده برای خانواده‌ها در این دو بحران است.
این پژوهش یک مرور سیستماتیک از مطالعات موجود درباره تأثیرات دوران پساکرونا و جنگ غزه بر خانواده‌ها انجام داده است. جستجوی منابع در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی معتبر نظیر PubMed، Scopus، PsycINFO، و Google Scholar با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های مرتبط با کووید-۱۹، جنگ غزه، خانواده، و تحکیم خانواده انجام شد. معیارهای ورود شامل مقالاتی بود که به بررسی چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های خانوادگی در این بحران‌ها پرداخته بودند. مقالات انتخاب‌شده با استفاده از تحلیل محتوا و روش سنتز روایی بررسی و تحلیل شدند. نتایج مرور نشان می‌دهد که بحران‌های جهانی مانند کرونا مشکلاتی از جمله افزایش فشارهای روانی و اقتصادی بر خانواده‌ها به همراه داشت، اما همچنین به تقویت روابط درون‌خانوادگی و افزایش همبستگی اجتماعی منجر شد و خانواده‌های درگیر با اخبار جنگ غزه با چالش‌های شدیدتری از جمله مسائل امنیتی و روانی مواجه بودند، اما توانستند از طریق همبستگی اجتماعی و حمایت‌های فرهنگی تاب‌آوری خود را افزایش دهند. مرور سیستماتیک نشان داد که هر دو بحران کرونا و جنگ غزه چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های خاصی را برای تحکیم بنیان خانواده ایجاد کرده‌اند. یافته‌های این مطالعه می‌تواند به سیاست‌گذاران و متخصصان بهداشت روان کمک کند تا برنامه‌های حمایتی و مداخلات مناسب برای خانواده‌ها در مواجهه با بحران‌های جهانی ارائه دهند.
Global crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic and the Gaza war have brought about profound changes in the structure and dynamics of families. These crises have posed various challenges, but they have also provided opportunities to strengthen family bonds. The aim of this study is to conduct a systematic review of the existing scientific literature to identify the challenges and opportunities created for families during these two crises. This research is a systematic review of studies on the impacts of the post-COVID period and the Gaza war on families. The search for sources was conducted in reputable databases such as PubMed, Scopus, PsycINFO, and Google Scholar, using keywords related to COVID-19, the Gaza war, family, and family strengthening. The inclusion criteria included articles that addressed the challenges and opportunities faced by families during these crises. The selected articles were analyzed using content analysis and a narrative synthesis method. The results of the review indicate that global crises like COVID-19 brought about challenges, including increased psychological and economic pressures on families, but also led to the strengthening of intra-family relationships and increased social cohesion. Families affected by the news of the Gaza war faced more severe challenges, including security and psychological issues, but they were able to increase their resilience through social cohesion and cultural support. The systematic review showed that both the COVID-19 pandemic and the Gaza war created specific challenges and opportunities for strengthening the family unit. The findings of this study may assist policymakers and mental health professionals in developing appropriate support programs and interventions for families facing global crises.
