این تحقیق مکانیسمهای مختلف محافظت از تداخل امواج الکترومغناطیسی (EMI) با نانوکامپوزیت سهجزئی پلییورتان ترموپلاستیک/پلی پیرول/فریت کبالت مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. کامپوزیتهای منتخب در چند مرحله و با بکارگیری روشهای هیدروترمال، پلیمریزاسیون شیمیایی و ترکیب محلول بدست آمدند. جهت مشخصهیابی نانوکامپوزیتهای سنتز شده از تکنیکهای XRD، FTIR، FESEM و VSM بهره گرفته شد. با استفاده از دستگاه Network Analyzer میزان جذب امواج مایکروویو بررسی شد. از روش سطح پاسخ (RSM) و طرح باکس بنکن (BBD) برای بررسی ارتباط بین پاسخهای بدستآمده و متغیرهای ورودی و بهینهسازی ترکیب کامپوزیتها در نرمافزار Design-Expert استفاده شد. همچنین نتایج تجربی نشان داد که جذب، مکانیسم اصلی محافظت از امواج الکترومغناطیس و بازتاب، مکانیسم ثانویه است. نتایج نشان داد از میان متغیرهای ورودی به ترتیب مقدار وزنی پلی پیرول، ضخامت جاذب و مقدار وزنی فریت کبالت بیشترین تاثیر را در مقدار پاسخ خروجی SET داشته است. از سویی دیگر نسبت به پاسخ مکانیسم جذب، ضخامت تاثیر چشمگیر و سپس مقدار وزنی فریت کبالت و پلی پیرول مؤثر بودهاند.
