چکیده مقاله :
تحقیق واکاوی عوامل موثر بر بهبود ائتلاف سازی در ورزش طراحی و اجرا گردید. تحقیق حاضر از جمله تحقیقات آمیخته میباشد که به صورت روشهای کیفی و کمی انجام گردید. تحقیق حاضر از جمله تحقیقات کاربردی میباشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر در بخش کیفی شامل نخبگان و مدیران ورزشی میباشد. روش نمونه گیری در بخش کیفی به صورت هدفمند بود. بدین منظور تعداد 18 نخبه و صاحب نظر به عنوان نمونه تحقیق در بخش کیفی انتخاب شدند. همچنین در بخش کمی تحقیق حاضر علاوه بر نخبگان و افراد آگاه به حوزه رفتار سازمانی و همچنین مدیران ورزشی کشور نیز به جامعه آماری اضافه شدند. و با توجه به این که اماری دقیقی در اختیار محقق نبود تعداد این افراد 384 نفر مشخص گردید. نتایج بخش کیفی مشخص گردید که متغیرهای تاثیرگذار بر ائتلاف سازی در ورزش شامل شفافیت اصول، چشم انداز واضح و مشترک، ایجاد کمپینهای ورزشی، تصمیم سازی نخبگان، پیمایش توسعه ورزش، آمایش و بومی گرایی، ساختارسازی و شاخص سازی میباشد. نتایج مدل نشان میدهد که میان مولفههای ائتلاف سازی همبستگی وجود دارد که بیشترین همبستگی مربوط به چشم انداز واضح و مشترک و شفافیت اصول با ضریب 822/0 و کمترین همبستگی بین پیمایش توسعه ورزش و آمایش و بومی گرایی با ضریب 601/0 میباشد. همچنین نتایج مدل نشان میدهد که مولفههای ساختار سازی و شاخص سازی بر ائتلاف سازی در ورزش با مقدار 71/0 بیشترین تاثیر را دارد و همچنین ایجاد کمپینهای ورزشی بر ائتلاف سازی در ورزش با مقدار 51/0 کمترین اثر را دارا میباشد.
چکیده انگلیسی:
The present research is one of applied research. The statistical population of this research in the qualitative section includes elites and sports managers. The sampling method in the qualitative part was purposeful. For this purpose, 18 elites and experts were selected as research samples in the qualitative section. Also, in the quantitative part of this research, in addition to elites and knowledgeable people in the field of organizational behavior, sports managers of the country were also added to the statistical population. And due to the fact that exact statistics were not available to the researcher, the number of these people was determined to be 384. The results of the qualitative part revealed that the variables affecting coalition building in sports include transparency of principles, clear and common vision, creation of sports campaigns, elite decision-making, sports development survey, localization and localization, structuring and indexing. The results of the model show that there is a correlation between the components of coalition building, the highest correlation is related to a clear and common vision and the transparency of principles with a coefficient of 0.822 and the lowest correlation is between surveying the development of sports and training and localism with a coefficient of 0.601. be Also, the results of the model show that the components of structuring and indexing have the greatest effect on coalition building in sports with a value of 0.71, and the creation of sports campaigns has the lowest effect on coalition building in sports with a value of 0.51.
