چکیده مقاله :
چکیده هدف از تحقیق حاضر آزمون مدل مفهومی عملکرد سازمانی کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر کلیه کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان جمهوری اسلامی ایران با تعداد 901 نفر بودند. نمونه آماری با توجه به جدول مورگان 269 نفر به صورت تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب شدند ابزار جمعآوری دادهها،چهار پرسشنامهی استاندارد ارتباطات سازمانی تسلیمی (1394) با 24 گویه، صلاحیت حرفهای احمدی بالادهی (1396) با 30 گویه، ارزیابی عملکرد زارعی رباط(1393) با 17 گویه و پرسشنامه کارآفرینی علیپور شیرسوار (1392) با 22 سوال در مقیاس پنج ارزشی لیکرت استفاده شد و روایی صوری پرسشنامه توسط 6 نفراز اساتید دانشگاهی تایید شد. روش تحقیق توصیفی - همبستگی و ازنظر هدف کاربردی است. روایی سازه پرسشنامه ارتباطات سازمانی با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 849/0 و ضریب پایایی 765/0 ، پرسشنامه صلاحیت حرفه ای با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 702/0 و ضریب پایایی ترکیبی 834/0 ، کارآفرینی سازمانی 867/0 و ضریب پایایی ترکیبی 818/0 و پرسشنامه عملکرد کارکنان با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 865/0 و ضریب پایایی ترکیبی 756/0 تایید شد. در این پژوهش جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روشهای معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزارهای SPSS و PLS استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که ارتباطات سازمانی با ضریب مسیر 547/0 و صلاحیتهای حرفهای با ضریب مسیر 7/0 و کارآفرینی با ضریب مسیر 577/0 بر عملکرد سازمانی کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان اثر معناداری دارد. به مسئولین سازمان ورزش و جوانان پیشنهاد میشود جهت تقویت و توسعه ارتباطات سازمانی از سیستم باز ارتباطات سازمانی و برای تقویت و توسعه کارآفرینی و صلاحیتهای حرفهای خود، مهارتهای عملکردی و رفتاری و همچنین تواناییهای تخصصی و بین فردی خود را بهبود بخشند تا بهتبع آن مدیریت مؤثر و کارآمد حاصل شودکلیدواژهها: ارتباطات سازمانی، صلاحیتهای حرفهای، کارآفرینی، عملکرد سازمانی، وزارت ورزش
AbstractThis study's goal was to evaluate a conceptual model of how Ministry of Sports and Youth staff performed organizationally. All 901 of the Ministry of Sports and Youth's workers, who work for the Islamic Republic of Iran, comprise the statistical population for this study. The 269 individuals that made up the statistical sample were chosen at random and stratified, according to Morgan's table. The instruments used to collect the data are four Taslimi standard organizational communication questionnaires from 2014, each with 24 items, Ahmadi Baladhi's professional qualification questionnaire from 2016, each with 30 items, Rabat agricultural performance evaluation from 2013, each with 17 items, and Alipur Shirswar's entrepreneurship questionnaire from 2015, each with 22 items. Six university academics confirmed the questionnaire's validity by using a five-point Likert scale to answer the question. In terms of the goal, the descriptive-correlation study methodology is useful. Construct validity of organizational communication questionnaire with Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.849 and reliability coefficient of 0.765, questionnaire, letter of professional qualification with Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.702 and composite reliability coefficient of 0.834, organizational entrepreneurship of 0.867 and reliability coefficient of 0.8 The performance questionnaire was confirmed with Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.865 and composite reliability coefficient of 0.756. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to verify the questionnaires' construct validity, and the Cronbach's alpha test was used to verify their reliability. The data in this study was analyzed using structural equation techniques, SPSS, and PI.S software. The study's findings demonstrated that professional credentials and organizational communication both significantly affect how well the Ministry of Sports and Youth's staff performs as an organization, with a path coefficient of 0.7 for professional qualifications and a path coefficient of 0.547 for organizational communication. To achieve effective and efficient management, it is advised that sports and youth organization officials strengthen and develop organizational communication from the open system of organizational communication, as well as their professional and entrepreneurial qualifications, functional and behavioral skills, as well as their specialized and interpersonal abilities..
