چکیده مقاله :
هدف از این تحقیق مطالعه سرمایه انسانی استراتژیک با بهبود عملکرد از طریق مدیریت دانش در کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد می باشد. این تحقیق کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی و همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق، تمامی کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد به تعداد 140نفر بود، حجم نمونه آماری با استفاده از جدول مورگان 103 نفر برآورد گردید و به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری دادهها پرسشنامه های استاندارد سرمایه انسانی استراتژیک چانگ و هانگ(2005)، مدیریت دانش شرون لاوسون (2003) و بهبود عملکرد کوپر (2009) بودند. برای توصیف دادهها از روش های آمار توصیفی و برای تجزیه استنباطی دادهها از روشهای آماری استنباطی ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون خطی و معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از تحقیق نشان داد که بین تمامی ابعاد سرمایه انسانی استراتژیک بجر برنامه کاری منعطف و فرصت های شغلی با بهبود عملکرد رابطه مثبت و معنی وجود دارد. و بین تمامی ابعاد مدیریت دانش بجز جذب دانش رابطه مثبت و معنی داری با بهبود عملکرد وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج حاصل از معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که مدل سرمایه انسانی استراتژیک با نقش میانجی مدیریت دانش با بهبود عملکرد از برازش مناسبی برخوردار است.
The purpose of this research is to study the strategic human capital by improving performance through knowledge management in the employees of sports and youth departments in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad provinces. This research is applied and descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this research was 140 employees of sports and youth departments in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad. The statistical sample size was estimated to be 103 people using Morgan's table and they were selected by simple random sampling. The data collection tools were Chang and Hong (2005) strategic human capital standard questionnaires, Sharon Lawson (2003) knowledge management and Cooper (2009) performance improvement. Descriptive statistics methods were used to describe the data, and Pearson's correlation coefficient, linear regression, and structural equations were used to analyze the data. The results of the research showed that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between all dimensions of strategic human capital, flexible work schedule and job opportunities with improved performance. And there is a positive and significant relationship between all dimensions of knowledge management except knowledge absorption with performance improvement. Also, the results of the structural equations showed that the strategic human capital model has a good fit with the mediating role of knowledge management with performance improvement.
