اثربخشی مشاوره گروهی تحلیل ارتباط محاوره‌ای بر بهبود رابطه های بین فردی و خودکارآمدی دانشجویان دختر وپسر دانشگاه پیام نور بوکان

چکیده مقاله :
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثربخشی مشاوره گروهی تحلیل ارتباط محاوره ای بر بهبود روابط بین فردی و خودکارآمدی دانشجویان دانشگاه پیام نور شهرستان بوکان در سال تحصیلی 95-1394 می باشد. پژوهش از نظر اهداف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، نیمه آزمایشی با استفاده از طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل می باشد. جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان دانشگاه پیام نور شهرستان بوکان می‌باشدکه به صورت تصادفی ساده 60 نفر و در دو گروه (30 نفر گروه آزمایش و 30 نفر گروه کنترل) انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات در این تحقیق از آزمون های استاندارد مهارتهای ارتباطی بین فردی منجمی زاده و خودکارآمدی شرر، استفاده گردید. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش از روش های آماری توصیفی و آمار استنباطی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که مشاوره گروهی تحلیل ارتباط محاوره ای بر بهبود روابط بین فردی و خودکارآمدی در دانشجویان دانشگاه پیام نور شهرستان بوکان تأثیر دارد و موجب بهبود روابط بین فردی و افزایش خودکارآمدی دانشجویان دانشگاه پیام نور شهرستان بوکان شده است و ضریب اتا در این خصوص برای روابط بین فردی 024/ 0 و برای خودکارآمدی 012/0گزارش شده است. همچنین نتایج حاکی از عدم مشاهده تفاوت معنادار در روابط بین فردی و خودکارآمدی بعد از انجام مشاوره گروهی تحلیل ارتباط محاوره ای به تفکیک جنسیت می باشد.
