چکیده مقاله :

این پژوهش به منظور بررسی رابطه بین سبک شخصیت، نگرش به عشق و جهت‌گیری جنسی با میانجیگری ذهن آگاهی صورت گرفت. روش پژوهش همبستگی و جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زنان و مردان متأهل شهر کرج بودند که با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری در دسترس تعداد 200 نفر انتخاب شدند. در پژوهش حاضر از مقیاس رابطه جنسی (SRS)، پرسشنامه سنجش صفات پنج‌گانه شخصیتی (نئو)، مقیاس نگرش‌های مربوط به عشق (LAS- SF) و پرسشنامه پنج عاملی ذهن آگاهی FFMQ به‌عنوان ابزار استفاده گردید. ارزیابی الگوی پیشنهادی از طریق الگویابی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار AMOS انجام شد. روابط واسطه‌ای در الگوی پیشنهادی با استفاده از روش بوت استرپ آزموده شدند. نتایج مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری حاکی از برازش نسبی مدل بود و نشان داد تیپ شخصیتی، نگرش به عشق با میانجیگری ذهن آگاهی اثر غیرمستقیمی بر جهت‌گیری جنسی دارد. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان‌دهنده اهمیت تیپ شخصیتی، نگرش به عشق با میانجیگری ذهن آگاهی در پیش‌بینی جهت‌گیری جنسی است. به درمانگران توصیه می‌شود که زوجین را با انواع سبک‌های عشق‌ورزی و تیپ شخصیتی آشنا کنند و همچنین با آموزش ذهن آگاهی کیفیت رابطه جنسی را بالا ببرند.

چکیده انگلیسی:

The research tools included: Sex relation scale(SRS), questionnaire for measuring five personality traits(NEO), the scale of Love attitude(LAS-SF), and the questionnaire of 5 factors of mindfulness FFMQ. The fitness of the proposed model was estimated through structural equation modeling(SEM) and using the AMOS software packageThe mediating relationship in the proposed pattern was tested using the bootstrap procedure.in Karaj among which200 people were selected200 selected by the available sampling method. The research tools included: Sex relation scale(SRS), questionnaire for measuring five personality traits(NEO), the scale of Love attitude(LAS-SF), and the questionnaire of 5 factors of mindfulness FFMQ. The fitness of the proposed model was estimated through structural equation modeling(SEM) and using the AMOS software package. The mediating relationship in the proposed pattern was tested using the bootstrap procedure. Result: The result of the structural equation modeling indicating relative fitness of model, showed that character types, attitude to love with the mediation of mindfulness had an indirect effect on the sexual relationship predict sexual relationship. Therapists are advised to acquaint couples with different types of lovemaking styles and personality types, and also by training mindfulness, the quality of the sexual relationship can be improved.
