چکیده مقاله :
چکیده: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی مقایسه اثربخشی درمان پردازش شناختی و درمان مبتنی بر کارآمدی هیجانی بر اعتماد بینفردی و صمیمیت زنان آسیبدیده از ترومای پیمانشکنی همسر بود. این پژوهش نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون _ پسآزمون و گروه گواه و پیگیری دو ماهه بود. جامعه آماری زنان آسیبدیده از پیمانشکنی همسر مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر اصفهان بودند، 42 نفر به صورت نمونه¬گیری دردسترس انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه جایگزین شدند (هرگروه 14 نفر). دو گروه درمانی هر یک به مدت 8 جلسه 90 دقیقهای مداخلات درمانی را دریافت نمودند و گروه گواه هیچ مداخلهای دریافت ننمود. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه اعتماد در روابط بین¬فردی رمپل و هولمز ، بخشش بینفردی احتشام¬زاده و صمیمیت واکر و تامپسون بود. داده¬های پژوهش با روش تحلیل واریانس ¬اندازهگیری مکرر انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد هر دو روش درمان در بهبود متغیرهای اعتماد در روابط بین¬فردی، بخشش بینفردی و صمیمیت در زنان آسیب¬دیده از پیمان¬شکنی همسر با گروه گواه تفاوت معنادار است (01/0>p). همچنین در مقایسه دو روش¬ درمان، مداخله درمان پردازش¬شناختی اثربخش¬تر از درمان مبتنی بر کارآمدی هیجانی در متغیرهای پژوهش بود.
چکیده انگلیسی :
Abstract The purpose of this study was to Comparison the effectiveness of Cognitive Processing Therapy and Emotion efficacy therapy on Trust in close Relationships, Interpersonal Forgiveness and Intimacy of women Injured by trauma Husbands Infidelity. The research method was quasi-experimental and pretest-posttest design with two-months follow-up. The statistical population was the women injured by trauma husband infidelity who referred to counseling centers in Isfahan city, The sample included 42 women Injured by trauma Husbands Infidelity in Isfahan who were selected purposefully in two experimental group were randomly replaced (each group, n= 14). Two treatment groups received 8 sessions of intervention for each treatment, but the control group received no treatment. Data collection tools included Trust in close Relationships Questionnaire, Interpersonal Forgiveness Questionnaire, and Intimacy. The Data were analyzed using repeated measures mixed variance. findings, it also showed that there is a difference between cognitive processing therapy and emotional efficacy therapy in improving variables with control group, trust in interpersonal relationships, interpersonal forgiveness, and intimacy in women Injured by trauma Husbands Infidelity (p <0/01). Also, the results comparing the two treatment methods showed that the intervention of cognitive processing therapy was more effective than the treatment based on emotional efficacy in all research variables.
