چکیده مقاله :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش بینی رضایت جنسی زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان بر اساس ذهن آگاهی، شفقت به خود و پذیرش انجام شد. روش پژوهش بر اساس هدف، کاربردی و بر حسب گردآوری اطلاعات، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه زنان مبتلا به بیماری سرطان پستان کیلینکهای درمانی استان مازندارن بود که بر اساس روش نمونه گیری در دسترس تعداد ۱۶۰ نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردیدند. ابزارهای جمعآوری دادهها، پرسشنامههای پرسشنامه رضایت جنسی (SSQ)، پرسشنامه شفقت به خود (SCS)، پرسشنامه ذهن آگاهی (MAAS)، پرسشنامه پذیرش و اقدام (AAQ) بود. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با روش آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه با استفاده از نرمافزار Spss26 انجام گرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین ذهنآگاهی، شفت به خود و پذیرش با رضایت جنسی زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان رابطه معناداری مثبتی وجود دارد. در پایان این پژوهش نتیجهگیری شد که مشاوران و روانشناسان میتوانند از درمانهای ذهنآگاهی، شفقت به خود و پذیرش و عمل به منظور افزایش رضایت جنسی زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان استفاده کنند.
چکیده انگلیسی :
The present study was conducted with the aim of predicting the sexual satisfaction of women with breast cancer based on mindfulness, self-compassion and acceptance. The research method was applied based on the purpose and descriptive of the correlational type according to the data collection. The statistical population of the study included all women with breast cancer in medical clinics in Mazandaran province, and 160 people were selected as a sample based on the available sampling method. Data collection tools were sexual satisfaction questionnaire (SSQ), self-compassion questionnaire (SCS), mindfulness questionnaire (MAAS), acceptance and action questionnaire (AAQ). Data analysis was done with Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis using Spss26 software. The research results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between mindfulness, self-centeredness and acceptance with sexual satisfaction of women with breast cancer. compassion questionnaire (SCS), mindfulness questionnaire (MAAS), acceptance and action questionnaire (AAQ).
