ارزیابی تأثیر ژل گیاه صبر زرد (Aloe vera) بر ساختار بافتی تخمدان موشهای صحرایی دریافتکننده نیکوتین

چکیده مقاله :
نیکوتین باعث کاهش فعالیت های تولید مثلی و نیز باروری می شود که عملکرد آن از طریق مهار آزادسازی پروژسترون در فاز لوتئال صورت می گیرد. گیاه صبر زرد یا آلوئهورا (Aloe vera) یکی از گیاهان دارویی با نام علمی (Aloe barbadensis) و متعلق به خانواده آسفودلاسه ست که با داشتن خواص دارویی بسیار زیاد نظیر آنتی اکسیدان، ضد التهاب و ضد پیری مورد توجه بوده است. در مطالعه حاضر اثر محافظتی ژل گیاه مذکور بر تغییرات بافتی تخمدان موشهای صحرائی دریافت کننده نیکوتین مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بدین منظور، تعداد 32 سر موش صحرایی ماده نژاد ویستار به 4 گروه شاهد (بدون تیمار)، تیمار با نیکوتین (6 هفته نیکوتین به میزان mg/kg 2/0 وزن حیوانات/تزریق داخل صفاقی)، تیمار با نیکوتین+ آلوئهورا شامل 6 هفته تیمار (با نیکوتین مشابه گروه 2 و ژل گیاه آلوئهورا به میزان mg/kg 400 وزن حیوانات/خوراکی) و تیمار فقط با ژل گیاه آلوئهورا (6 هفته مشابه گروه 3) تقسیم شدند. در پایان دوره مطالعه، موشها با تزریق کتامین-زایلازین آسانکشی شده و تخمدان آن ها جهت تهیه مقاطع بافتی و انجام رنگآمیزی هماتوکسیلین- ائوزین به آزمایشگاه منتقل گردید. پس از تیمار با نیکوتین، کاهش وزن بدن، وزن تخمدان، تعداد فولیکولهای سالم و فعال، جسم زرد جدید و نیز افزایش تعداد فولیکولهای آترتیک قابل مشاهده بود. همچنین مصرف ژل گیاه آلوئهورا توانست به طور معنی داری تمامی عوارض و تغییرات میکروسکوپی و ماکروسکوپی ناشی از تزریق نیکوتین را بهبود بخشد (05/0p<). نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که مصرف خوراکی ژل آلوئهورا میتواند موجب کاهش و یا مهار اثرات مضر نیکوتین بر بافت تخمدان موش صحرایی شود.

Exposure to nicotine and cigarette smoke has dangerous effects on pregnant women, fetal and neonatal health, and fertility rates. Aloe vera is one of the few medicinal plants that has maintained its popularity for a long time due to its many medicinal properties. Therefore, in the present study, the protective effect of aloe vera gel on ovarian histological changes in nicotine-receiving rats was investigated. For this purpose, 32 female Wistar rats into 4 control groups (normal diet), nicotine (6 weeks nicotine at 0.2 mg / kg body weight of animals injected intra peritoneal), nicotine-aloe vera (6 weeks nicotine injection + gel) Aloe vera plant (400 mg / kg body weight of animals orally), Aloe vera group (6 weeks aloe vera gel by the above method and amount) were divided. At the end of the course, the mice were facilitated and the ovaries were transferred to a histological laboratory to prepare a tissue slide and perform hematoxylin-eosin staining. The results showed that after nicotine treatment, weight loss, ovarian weight, number of healthy and active follicles, new corpus luteum and increase in the number of atretic follicles were observed. But the use of aloe vera gel was able to improve all the microscopic complications and disorders and macroscopic changes caused by nicotine injection. Therefore, oral consumption of aloe vera gel can reduce or inhibit the harmful effects of nicotine in tobacco or drugs on the ovaries and fertility in women.
