تاثیر تزریق زیرجلدی سفتیوفور هیدروکلراید بر سلامت رحم پس از زایش در گاوهای شیری هلشتاین دچار سختزایی و جفتماندگی

چکیده مقاله :
آلودگــی دستگاه تناســلی گاوهــای شیــری به دنبــال زایمــان از مشــکلات عمــده و زیــانده میباشــد. از بین آنتیبیوتیک های مختلف، سفالوسپورینها از مهم ترین و پرکاربردترین داروهای مورد استفاده در درمان عفونتهای رحمی پس از زایش میباشند. در این مطالعه تاثیر تزریق سفتیوفور هیدروکلراید در گاوهای شیری پرخطر (دچار سختزایی، جفتماندگی و...) پس از زایمان و عملکرد آن در باروری آتی دامها مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. تعداد 150 رأس گاو شیری نژاد هلشتاین به عنوان گاوهای پرخطر و یا گروه تیمار (جفت مانده بالای 24 ساعت و سختزایی) و تعداد 150 رأس به عنوان گاوهای کنترل ولی مجدداً پرخطر تقسیم بندی شدند. در گاوهای پرخطر گروه تیمار سفتیوفور هیدروکلراید به میزان mg/kg 2/2 وزن بدن به صورت زیرجلدی و بهمدت 5 روز تزریق گردید و در دامهای کنترل جفت مانده، درمان با اکسی توسین بهمقدار 50 واحد به صورت داخل عضلانی پس از زایمان و با فاصله 8 ساعت با تکرار 3 تزریق و اکسی تتراسایکلین داخل رحمی mg/kg 10 و دامهای دچار سخت زایی بدون درمان تا زمان تست پاکی رحم رها شدند. تزریق سفتیوفور هیدروکلراید منجر به کاهش عفونتهای رحمی در گروه تیمار در مقایسه با گروه کنترل گردید (01/0p <). همچنین میانگین روزهای باز در گروه تیمار در مقایسه با گروه کنترل به طور معنی داری کاهش پیدا کرد (05/0p <). فاصله زایمان تا اولین تلقیح پس از زایمان نیز در گروه تیمار بهبود یافت (01/0p <). نتایج بهدست آمده نشان داد که پیشگیری از عفونت های رحمی یکی از ارکان اساسی کنترل باروری و سلامت رحم و سلامت گاوهای شیری پس از زایمان میباشد. همچنین در گلههای گاو شیری که بنابر هر دلیلی مشکلات زایش و پس از زایش را دارند، تزریق سفتیوفور هیدروکلراید 24 ساعت پس از زایش به مقدار mg/kg 2/2در دامهای پرخطر میتواند منجر به بهبود باروری آتی دامها گردد.

Postpartum infection of the reproductive system is a major problem with financial costs in dairy cattle. Cefalosporins are among the most important and widely used antibiotics for treatment of postpartum uterine infections. This study examined the effect of postpartum ceftiofur hydrochloride injection on subsequent fertility rate of high risk (affected by dystocia, retained placenta and etc) dairy cattle. A total of 300 dairy cows were divided equally into two groups of high risk cows (affected by dystocia, placental retention) designated as control and treatment groups. In the treatment group, ceftiofur hydrochloride was injected with the dose of 2.2 mg/kg SC for 5 days and in the control group, cows that had placental retention were treated with 3 intramuscular injections of oxytocin 50 IU every 8 hours after parturition and cows that had dystocia were left untreated.Ceftiofur hydrochloride injection significantly decreased the rate of uterine infections in the treatment group in comparison to the control group (p < /em><0.01). Also open days were significantly reduced in the treatment group (p < /em><0.05). First service rate was also improved significantly in the treatment group (p < /em><0.01). The results indicated that prevention of uterine infections is an essential part of postpartum fertility control in dairy cows. Ceftiofur hydrochloride injection at the rate of 2.2 mg/kg 24 hours after parturition can improve the subsequent fertility rate of high risk cows in dairy herds affected by peripartum and postpartum problems.
