چکیده مقاله :
هدف این پژوهش مدلسازی توسعه همگانی نمودن دو و میدانی در عراق بود. نمونه پژوهش شامل 102 نفر شامل متخصصان، مدیران سازمان¬های ورزشی مرتبط به دو و میدانی، ورزشکاران و مربیان دو و میدانی عراق به تعداد 102 نفر بودند که به شیوه در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده¬ها، پرسشنامه محقق¬ساخته بر اساس مقیاس 5 ارزشی لیکرت بود که شامل گویه¬های مربوط به موضوع پژوهش در قالب 21 سوال بود. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه توسط 10 نفر از اساتيد مدیریت ورزشي و خبرگان مورد تایید قرار گرفت و برای سنجش پایایی، پرسشنامه در اختیار 30 نفر از افراد نمونه قرار گرفت که پس از جمع آوری، ضریب آلفای کرونباخ آن برابر 89/0 حاصل و تایید گردید. نتایج نشان داد که شاخص¬های فرهنگی - اجتماعی، دولتی – قانونی، اقتصادی در مجموع حدودا 54 درصد از واریانس متغیر توسعه همگانی نمودن ورزش دو و میدانی را تبیین کردند و نشان دادند این چهار مولفه در حد بالایی توان تبیین واریانس توسعه همگانی نمودن ورزش دو و میدانی را دارند. همچین عوامل فرهنگی – اجتماعی با مقدار اثر 92/0، عوامل دولتی - قانونی با مقدار اثر 84/0، عوامل مدیریتی با مقدار اثر 73/0 و عوامل اقتصادی با مقدار اثر 76/0 بر توسعه همگانی نمودن ورزش دو و میدانی در کشور عراق اثرگذار بودند.
چکیده انگلیسی :
The purpose of this research was to model the development of universalizing track and field in Iraq. The research sample consisted of 102 people, including specialists, managers of sports organizations related to track and field, Iraqi athletes and athletics coaches, totaling 102 people, who were selected in a convenience Sampling. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire based on a 5-point Likert scale, which included items related to the research topic in the form of 21 questions. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 10 sports management professors and experts, and to measure the reliability, the questionnaire was given to 30 sample people, and after collecting it, the Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.89 and confirmed. The results showed that the cultural-social, government-legal, managerial and economic indicators explained a total of about 54% of the variable variance of the development of universalization of athletics and showed that these four components have a high level of explanatory power of the variance of the development of universalization of track and field. Such cultural-social factors with an effect size of 0.92, governmental-legal factors with an effect size of 0.84, managerial factors with an effect size of 0.73, and economic factors with an effect size of 0.76 on the development of universalizing track and field in Iraq were influential.
